Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We really like the designs of the room and the hotel. One room has balcony for tea drinking. Another family room is super spacious with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Another room has jacuzzi. All the rooms are designed in chinese art characteristics and super clean. I personally rate 12 out of 10, exceptionally very good. The breakfast is good. There is a good restaurant beside the hotel. We really recommend the hotel to anybody who would like to stay here

Our host was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us plan our itinerary. Very accommodating and calm. The atmosphere was peaceful and we had an amazing time. I wished we stayed longer because it was truly a spectacular and zen experience. The tea that our host brews is also tasteful! I don't think we can replicate that taste even with the same leaves.

Hong Kongcould have more variety on breakfast but if you stay for just 2-3 days then it shouldn't be a problem.
We travelled in a big party with many kids and elderly. Came all the way from Kunming after a 5 hour drive, the manager 楠 was on messaging throughout ensuring our safe arrival and everything we needed for the first night. Straight away he recommended some really nice local food to deliver to the accommodation and they were great. That had pretty much set the tone, with so much help from 楠 during our stay, we were at home. The rooms are spacious and the sea view was so great. Local style breakfast which we could easily have on daily basis were tasty. We stayed there for 8 nights and none of us wanted to go home.

ChinaAbsolutely wonderful facilities, a warm and attentive host, we felt calm from the moment we arrived. Beautiful views, a comfy bed and a bathtub with a view, what a dream. We had a delicious, home cooked breakfast and tea and coffee readily available. A real treat, we would love to return.

The property was very tastefully decorated. Very Zen and makes you feel calm and relaxed. The host Xiao Nan was very warm and engaging. He picked us and sent us to the train station. He also arranged a car and driver for us for day trips in Dali. He also patiently taught our daughter Chinese calligraphy and they both painted Chinese brush painting together. We were very well taken care of and the whole team at the property was always warm and sincere.
