Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Anli was very helpful and efficient. We had problems with transportation when we arrived at the train station and he immediately arranged for taxi to pick us. Hotel is a short walk from the Ancient City (South Gate). Our room on the 3rd floor at Courtyard 2 have views of the mountain and Erhai Lake (partial view)

The Staff Anle provided excellent customer service. As we were not familiar with the attractions, he guided us by sending the routes thru WeChat. He also arranged for taxi from train station to the hotel. He also assisted us with our Alipay when we had issues with the set up.

SingaporeIt was very difficult to locate the inn as there were no signs along the road to show. Google map did not even have the name of the inn.The shower had no separate shower stall area and so water flowed from shower area to toilet bowl area making the whole area wet. Room was small but comfortable. However it could do with a little more cleaning.
The bed is comfortable and the location is good. We could see the garden where we were. The property has two building and we were in the older more rustic building. Therefore we had to walk to the second building for breakfast. Breakfast consisted of noodles, corn and eggs. We were glad that we could get a take away breakfast as we had to leave early the second morning. Location is good as it is just across from the old town and the 3 pagodas was just a 30 mins walk away.

MaltaThe facility could be cleaner, as there were noticeable areas that could use some additional attention. Additionally, there was no continental sweet option available for breakfast, although the typical savoury options provided were still enjoyable. Lastly, the size of the room was a bit too small for my liking.
The accommodation is situated in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk from the ancient walls of Dali. The facility consists of two distinct refurbished buildings, both located just a minute apart, and they both exude a delightful atmosphere. In the building where we stayed, there was a nice rooftop adorned with plants, offering a pleasant view of the surrounding area.

AustraliaBreakfast was the same every day. We stayed for 5 nights, Aunty who cooked breakfast was very nice, just eating the same thing everyday became unbearable. Also other people staying was smoking. Understand that smoking is a national past time.
