The room was a little bit tight.

Great location, close to the metro and pedestrian street, with plenty of options for eating and shopping. There was a Korean restaurant next door open until late. Nice breakfast. The bar/restaurant was very nice. A spot to meet other people and enjoy one of the many beers available.

I did have a problem with a noisy exhaust fan in the ceiling. Young woman staff tried hard to get it resolved, but nowhere to move me to. So I had a late check out, a couple of free beers and they packed up my breakfast for lunch. She remembered to do that having said she would the night before. So that was great!

Conveniently situated, friendly and helpful staff, has a small bar and will store luggage.

Nothing. It was all exceptional for the fact that it is a budget hotel.

Perfectly situated and staff were very friendly. Premises and rooms are all nice and clean for the price and the location is great and nice and central to the city. Easy access via Shanghai metro to all locations as well as sits just beside the Nanjing road pedestrian walk.

Room was a bit too small and didn’t have much space for luggage and clothes.

I very much enjoyed the stay, it’s both, hostel and hotel, it was nice and clear. The location is very convenient and there are lots of things nearby. One thing that especially stands out and I want to mention are the very nice helpful and kind staff members. All the staff and especially Xiao Xu and Ran Ah were so helpful and kind to me and would always be there to help without hesitation, many many thanks for being highly professional and so good at your job! If you are looking for a cozy comfortable and clean place with a nice vibe in the center of Shanghai I recommend you staying here

Although the room is cozy and modern it felt a bit small. We had only backpacks so it was ok, but if we had a suitcase it would be hard to get to the bed or to the bathroom. Alrhought it was mostly clean, there was a lot of dust between the bed and desk/wall and the stairway hasnt been cleaned for a while. Because of location it might be worth it, but you can easily get 4* hotel just a little bit further away from center for the same price (metro and taxi is reliable and cheap).

Really good location - very close to Nanjing road. But the address in booking is not correct! Also you can’t really find it on maps.me or apple maps by name. So remember to ask them correct adress before heading out. Cozy, mostly clean, our room had nice view of the city. Laundry room available, but no dryers as far as I know.

All glass bathroom in room is weird and no bathroom in the lobby (is outside in a hallway and not nice and no toilet paper, so no privacy if a couple and want a bathroom.

The staff is SO friendly and the location is great and the bar downstairs is cool.

The room is lacking walking space .. a little passage at the end of the bed so guest don't have to climb over the bed to get from one side of the bed to the other will be good.
