The location was very inconvenient for getting places, we had to take the airport shuttle just to get to the subway if we didn’t want to take a taxi or walk a long time. The bathroom also smelled like urine the whole time we were there, even after the room had been cleaned.

Front desk staff were very helpful and the shuttle was quite convenient!

The carpets need cleaning. The sink plug was jammed so the water built up for hand washing teeth cleaning etc. Hard bed.

Shuttle bus smell like cigarette smoke. Aeroplane takeoff sounds are loud and woke me at night.

They have a free shuttle bus from the airport. Need to WhatsApp the hotel after landing using free airport wifi. But the bus will arrive 20min after calling them. Hotel has washing machines at the lobby area. There is also a 24h convenience stall inside the hotel. A MacDonald is in the building across the street. Di Di ride from hotel to Beijing town is less than RMB100.

Small shuttle bus came for around 30 people. We had to squeeze in, but since travel was short it was fine. It would be better to send bigger bus for many customers

The very strong cigarette smell although I asked for a non smoking room. Quite noisy, as it’s so close to the airport you can hear the planes take off and land. The hotel provided earplugs. The room was very very warm and it was complex to find how to cool it (I didn’t manage).

Very spatious room. Free shuttle to / from airport, although it was a bit hard to book the shuttle for our late arrival from the airport… The staff speaks English. Perfect for transit from T2/ T3 Beijing Capital airport (8 to 15 min by shuttle).

We arrived about 6pm and there was no restaurant/ cafe available to eat at.

It was impossible for me to find the pickup point for the complementary shuttle for the airport to the hotel.

The room is huge and very comfortable, the Inside restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast. The price is quite convenient.

Part of the staff couldn't speak in English at all. They gave us a room for 2 people but we booked for 3.

It's very close to the airport and integrates a shuttle bus, two key points for comfortable moving. There are lots of facilities (like a restaurant, a gym etc...) offered at a reasonable price. I suggest it for stop over but probably not for long stays

There’s a faint odor of smoking once you enter the room, even though it’s for non-smokers.

Clean, close to the airport. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to Beijing capital airport every half an hour. The staff were helpful and spoke enough English to manage our booking. I would like to give my special thanks to the morning shift staff and the shuttle driver who kindly returned my phone which I absentmindedly left in the hotel room. 🙏🏽

All shops and restaurants are closed at night. I paid cash on arrival, in the morning hotel charged my card again. I didn't have it with me so refund took 3 weeks.

Room was very warm. It was very difficult to cool it down. Opening windows was the only option and being next to the highway means pollution in your room.
