Great location in Nanshan, in the Western part of Shenzhen between beautiful parks and an ancient towns like Nantou as well as a dutch stile village with many gardening and flower shops and charming cafes. Very tasty and extensive breakfast buffet.

the hotel is excellent. Our room was well equipped. There was a park opposite to the hotel as well as great walking area full of small flower and garden shops. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was super friendly

Room is big,and both of the staffs in the concierge are helpful and polite 👍 There's no toothbrush inside the room, you have to ask ! There's a swimming pool but I don't have time to try .There's no cafe,shops near the hotel and it took 5 mins walk to the subway station.

The staff have been very helpful. Specially the front office lady Ms Violet who was very helpful in getting local information for us on tennis courts availanle for play, bookstores for children, shows and theatre performances. The breakfast spread was good with many healthy choices

Carpets need to be replaced as soon as possible. They look pretty worn out. Lunch and dinner menus are very, very limited.

Nice hotel, good location. Metro station is about 600m away. There are a couple of electronics stores around the corner and a McDonalds about 750m away. Breakfast was OK, not great but OK. Staff is very friendly. Some have very limited english knowledge but they find a way to help you. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. They offer a window that opens, nice for airing out the room. All is very clean. And the beds and pillows are excellent.

the location is bit distance (~1km) from main CDB area and not convenient to walk there due to many scooters (not ideal for pedestrian) , have to take a cab if you would need to go there.

The toilet in the room seems clogged or the flush not working too well; otherwise all are perfect

The gym, the welcome drinks, the interior design and room cleanliness are all exceptional; and we love the hospitality of all the staff especially Ryan at the reception who offered us upgrade as Honors Gold member and the team also pre-arranged complimentary breakfast for us as gold member. The sculptures at the lobby are also delightful. We enjoyed our stay here a lot, will definitely revisit

Right next to Flowery Park quiet and nice. Staff members are as kind as possible and they are helpful in every possible way. The room is clean and with everything needed. Never had a chance to take breakfast but in general, it is a great choice to live in here.

1. I booked for a 3 people room but everything in the room was for 2, including the cups, slippers, robes and towels. 2. The air conditioning is not strong enough. 3. Wifi login didn’t work - need extra assistance for connecting to it. 4. Breakfast food was not fresh. 5. Room is too small for 3 adults.
