    Food ok, but not special TV without various english programs

    Friendly staff Even after cancellation period already ended I was able to cancel a room we didn’t need.

    Room smelled of tobacco, and there was an ashtray in the room. Dinner in the restaurant was very poor. Staff in the restaurant was not well trained and did not speak English well.

    I read some nice reviews about food at the hotel’s restaurant and therefore we decided to have dinner and breakfast the day after. However, after the dinner my boyfriend was feeling terrible stomachache for the whole night (I didn’t because we ate different food, he was less lucky). I called the reception for help, explained the situation. The staff told me that they cannot assist us anyhow, didn’t even try to provide any helpful information. Only because I can speak Chinese and live in China for a very long time, I managed to find pharmacy and ordered some medicine. The situation was very unpleasant and close enough to be emergency and I would have appreciated the help very much. But we were very disappointed by the attitude of the staff. The next day they also refused to refund the breakfast fees, due the hotel policies. I can understand the reason but we’re not provided the adequate service for the money we paid and felt quite neglected. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    The room was big, very clean and cozy. The location was convenient for our purposes. The interior of the hotel was quite nice.
