Staff amazingly helpful. On the regular guidance for finding one's way around they were patient and gave detailed advice. When I suffered a medical problem they were extremely considerate, ensuring I was comfortable. Great!

The beds weren’t the most comfortable.

Property was in a great location. On a quiet hunting but close to many coffee shops and areas we wanted to go to. The staff is helpful and friendly- they helped us book an excellent private car to the Great Wall. Would stay here again.

The WiFi is okay, many apps don’t work in general but there are no eSIM cards around so get one at the airport if need be.

I HIGHLY recommend booking this place! The staff were very sweet and helpful. I came during Golden Week but was able to get a tour to the Great Wall the next day due to the staff’s help (Mutanyu Great Wall - chairlift up and toboggan down - recommend). The room was cleaned everyday and there was free laundry with detergent (had to air dry). It’s really close to the ZhangZizhong on Line 5 (foreigners have to buy one way subway tickets for each trip). I didn’t use Apple Maps to get there but heard it sometimes takes you to another place so I recommend following the hotel’s instructions once you book. There are many restaurants nearby!

The TV system was weird, in the first room I had it wasn't too bad, I could get a few TV channels including CCTV1 but in the other room I had it had some strange kind of entertainment system with hundreds of online programs and I couldn't get any live TV at all, when I finally got CCTV1 news it was yesterdays news, so I gave up on it.

Friendly staff who put themselves out to help guests get tickets and taxis and so on. Excellent location in my favourite part of town, with lots of hutongs and near to Ghost Street, Lama Temple, Nanluoguxiang and easy for other spots like Wangfujing and Panjiayuan.

Very central, nearby to all the main sightseeing places. I only stayed for one night but during my stay, all staff members were beyond welcoming and friendly. I had a very comfortable stay. It’s located about a 30 minute taxi drive from the airport.

Located in a calm street but in the dead center of Beijing. Really easy to travel in the city. Special thanks to Nan Nan and Jia Ning for their recommandations and the perfect service they provide. They know about what restaurants to try and what site to visit! It was easy to talk with them in English and even in French! I hope I’ll see them when I come back! 谢谢

Breakfast service was rather slow, especially when it is a bit busier. So it’s better to plan some time for it. Ok morning we waited more than 30min.

The bed was so hard. I know that the Chinese like hard beds but it was too hard for us Brits. The staff did give us more pillows and they're aware of the beds. They said they are thinking of changing some of them so some are softer.

The location is great. There are so many little shops on the main street and it has loads to see near it. Everything is in walking distance, the main area is about 40 mins walk but it's a great walk to immerse yourself into the culture. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
