The bathroom was very small, the shower being almost above the toilet. The walls were thin. There was no bedside lamp or kettle, and no water was supplied.

The inn was in a great location, near to tourist sights, bars, and quite near the metro, which I used a fair bit. The room was quite small but functional.

The location fantastic, right next to the wall. The decor inside is really cute. It has a rooftop which I can imagine would be great to sit out in. Unfortunately it was a little too cold when we stayed.

The accommodation is located in a prime, central location in the city of Xian. Close to the main tourist attractions and the metro station. The owner of the facility is very helpful in every situation, also communicating in English. The room was clean and spacious. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling to Xian.

Bathroom was very small and not super private. Message host in advance (and confirm their reply) as they have rules about how long you can stay as a foreigner.

Location was absolutely incredible. This review reflects the location of this hostel (location 10) as the wall was so close and Xian nightlife was also less than a 15minute walk away. Our room was very small and minimal but fine as a base for sightseeing. Staff were helpful to check in, place is tucked away so a little harder to find. Closest station is Chongwenmen which is about a 20minute walk through the park beside the wall.

Great location. Love the decorations and the rooftop view. Walking distance to Beilin Museum, one of my favorite places to visiting in Xi’an. Would recommend for people like walking around the old Xi’an blocks and talking to the people in the Inn. Enjoyed my stay! Will definitely come back.

Excellent location, right next to the city wall and one of the gates. Close to some of the tourist attractions. The accommodation has been set up nicely. Once entered in, the courtyard had a nice feel to it. There is a cool rooftop which has a good view of the city wall.

The location is a bit far from the metro station (~1km but still within walking distance). The wall is a bit too thin.

The host is very nice and upgraded our room and agreed to give us flexibility when we had changes in our travel plan. The lobby has a pretty authentic Xian style of decoration. Definitely worth staying if you'd like to experience the culture of the city.

A small yard in the very center of xi'an. i had been living in the city for a couple of years and the old city has always been my favorite, it has every element about this ancient town. this hostel, too, very xi'an.

Rooms were dusty and partially broken like shower curtain or lamps. There was a gecko in the room. The noise in the hotel was very big and neighbours did not bother to be quite after midnight.

The owner was helpful via WeChat, gave directions and helped book taxi to airport.

It was hard to find as it wouldn’t show up on my IPhone Maps, but we were helped pretty quickly. I was then a little confused by the bathroom details in the booking and I had to pay extra to have an en-suite which I thought I booked but it was not very clear. The bathroom was quite small and the shower made everything wet. My main issue was that the room was very cold, we had an AC but it wasn’t very strong.

We only stayed one night, the room was pleasant stay with a nice decor and vibe. It was clean with a little balcony, TV didn’t have many English films unless you paid but that was fine and toiletries were provided. The owner was helpful if we needed anything. The location is really good, we were able to walk to the bell tower which is close to many shops and restaurants

Bad experience with the owner Reception is not 24/24, owner asked us when we were arriving and he weren’t there when we did, another guest opened the door for us. He then clearly made a mistake our 1st night with our booking so gave us an « upgrade ». But the next day just asked us to « pack your bags and leave the room » when the new room was not even ready. He just didn’t want to apologise and admit he made a mistake (which would have been fine) but just kept saying he did that for us…
