We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongThe tv channels should have more English language or foreign language channels, there is only 1 foreign language channel available and the wifi is not strong enough for streaming movies on your own laptop or tablet.
Very respectable business hotel with very professional staff. For Canton Fair purposes it is far outside the hall but there are free shuttles in the morning and evening to return. International food and beverages at the hotel are very good and at reasonable prices.

The best stay that I had! It was comfortable and they upgraded me to a large room (thank you so much!) I forgot the lady's name who was at the front desk she was really one of the best service staff there! There was another staff who helped me booked my cab and I was really thankful. The hotel staff really made me feel at home. I also loved their gym and facilities. Although sadly I didn't get to try their restaurants as it was under renovation. It is really near a train station as well but it's generally quite far from the city centre.. but if you take a cab it should only cost you about 10 bucks to the city! Thank you! Will definitely come back soon!

Entire property is smoke free, clean and spacious. Staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Breakfast spread was good with western and chinese options. Overall a value for money stay.
