The buffet breakfast is a bit simple with some daily changes. We understand that it is a service apartment hotel but it will be even better if more choices are provided.

The location is excellent as the hotel building is above the shopping mall and also at the exit of the metro line. Other shopping malls are also next door and across the street. Very accessible for food and shopping. Everything is just so convenient for my family as it is our first time in Guangzhou. Staff are very helpful and patient with our various types of questions.

To be honest, nothing!

The service was exceptional. We love how well equipped the kitchen is, and how spacious the room was. There was even laundry detergent at the washer. Location is very convenient. It was not fancy but just fabulous vibe throughout!

The pillow is very low. I asked more bath towels to support it. I understand there were some types of pillows to choose but I’m lazy tired for asking.

Bathroom is a bit small but that wasn't a problem anyway..We enjoyed our stay .

Everything was good especially customer services , people at front desk and 1st floor, the way they treat customer is very exceptional , I will go back again and again just for that. Only breakfast they need to add more varieties to accomodate vegetarians.

Very spacious rooms with kitchen and dining table, location is perfect, great service from all staff helping us order taxis and they also helped us contact a taxi to get our mobile phone back.. free bus shuttle to canton fair Convenient entrance to the mall, other malls are within walking distance

Staff made the difference to me as they were incredibly warm and always going out of the way for guests. The location is also fantastic with a lot of local eateries, massage shops and shopping.

I have stayed here a few times and every time I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Hotel offers cozy atmosphere that immediately envelops guests upon arrival. The customer service surpasses expectations, with staff going above and beyond to ensure each guest's needs are met with warmth and efficiency. The staff here are so friendly and so accommodating, nothing is too much trouble for them. The door staff are polite and had always warm welcome. I am looking forward to my next stay.

The staff were incredibly attentive. Check in was smooth and my 1 bed apartment was large. It was so nice at the end of the trip to have a spacious suite with laundry. The AC worked great which was needed as the weather was hot when we were there.

The cigarettes smell from next door who smoke which is very hard to avoid in China - no matter which hotel you stay. Soundproof system not as good - can hear the noise from outside.

The location is perfect - right in the city. Easy access to metro station, shopping malls and restaurants. Love the washing machine & they do provide a clothing drying rack if you ask for one.

Great for families. I booked the 2bedroom suite. It’s fully equipped and felt like a real home. The service of the hotel staff was also top notch. It’s also very conveniently located above a stretch of shopping malls, metro and nearby eateries.

Generally i had a good experience like always but now a few house keeping complaints i have. When i checked in there were hair of the previous guest on the floor and the cutlery was not properly cleaned.

Its a nice place but needs a little upgrades now.
