I love the room with Xiao Du so much! Xiao Du Xiao Du, 开窗帘，开灯，调空调！Breakfast is good enough with variety choices! Staff are so friendly and provide warm mineral water for us to bring outside! The most satisfied stay I have in Chengdu.

The only thing that could be improved would be to install lighting at the corner stairwell, it was very dark when we went down to do our laundry.

The location was great, very close to 宽窄巷子. The service was even better, friendly staff and very helpful. The room was large, and the bed comfortable. Also loved the AI controls in the room.

The bathroom design is not so great and don't offer much privacy.

The Hotel and concept seems very modern with some traditional style elements. They have a little room service robot that can deliver room service orders to your door and a XiaoDu speaker in the room. The also have a little coffee/tea shop at the entrance of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is not super big, but we still enjoyed the offered selection.

Excellent hotel. It was the best room I have stayed in my trip through China so far. Self service laundry services for free can be really helpful for those in long trips. The location is also very good. I definitely recommend it! Price is worthy for everything it offers.

Room a tiny bit small for our 4 night stay, but ok. The staff were good enough but for some reason not a friendly as other hotels we stayed at in China. The breakfast was good but as a vegetarian I struggled for variety

Location is a little far from the city(should you decide to take the subway or walk) & Panda facility but nothing a 滴滴 can’t solve!

The staffs were first and foremost so accommodating, helpful, warm and friendly. It is really close to a park with “face changing” show! (Highly recommended by the way) The outside of the hotel felt grand. The rooms were cozy and clean. Have everything you need in there. I would love to stay there again if I’m ever visiting Cheng Du.

Very good location. Short walk to metro where you can explore Chengdu. Heaps of great Restaurants nearby the hotel. Excellent breakfast, we loved the chinese noodles. Can only recommend to stay here.

Some minor problems with the finishings, nothing really worth noting. The only thing that raised a question in my head were the ground-floor rooms. We actually stayed in a fourth-floor room, and that was great, looked out onto a rather nice view of characterful local residences. However, the ground-floor rooms that I saw have patios that open out onto the communal seating area, which personally I wouldn't like because it's a bit less private and probably a bit louder. Something to bear in mind when booking.

1) The staff here were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. 2) This is a great boutique experience. There aren't a ton of rooms so it all feels more personalised. Very modern setup with outlets for various cables. 3) Decor is charmingly done with lots of personality. We actually noted how cute the exterior looked even before we realised it was our hotel. 4) It's on a touristy street with lots of flashy restaurants and shops if that's your thing, but it's also just a short walk from loads of more local spots.

The entrance of the hotel is not so visible so will need to pay a little attention when looking for it. Getting a cab in front of the hotel can be challenging and you will need to go to the main street which is not that far.

Breakfast was good. The staff will make noodles for you which is quite tasty. The TV is really huge and nice to watch. There are also choices of many dramas and movies to watch (similar to Netflix). There is a nice park nearby, and Kuan-zhai street (ancient street) and a metro station are within walking distance. This is a smart hotel so it will draw curtains for you and flash the toilet upon detaction of movement. The reception staff are really helpful and courteous.

The super blasting loud recorder from TV n speaker with welcome note everytime u place key into keypad. Location is away from the main tourist spot, it takes abt 12 min walk to get to kuanzhai Alley.

Breakfast was yummy n had a good spread. Bed was very comfy ( our best sleep during our trip) n room super clean. Love the chic design too! Some of the concierge were really helpful n nice n patience despite our multiple questions.

Room temperature a bit cold (early March), acceptable after using room air conditionner.

Practical location, well equiped room, great water pressure with fast and steady hot water. Teapot and free tea with hot water fountain in the room. Breakfast with limited choice but diversified enough and of good quality. Great staff with possibility of doing your laundry for free (washing + drying).

Nothing I don't like about this hotel. All aspects of this hotel meets my standard.

Gongxili - Xige Hotel mixes traditional Chinese vibes with modern touches perfectly. It’s stylish yet feels authentically Chinese, especially with the Zen designs everywhere. My room has a very good size and it is comfy, with all the modern stuff you need but still had that Zen feel. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, making my stay even better. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. It's right in the heart of Chengdu, making it super easy to explore the city. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in town!
