GermanyThe appartment could be renovated: wallpaper, old-fashioned furniture (but comfy!!!). There were only chopsticks in the kitchen. Since we didn't need forks, knives or spoons, we didn't ask for. For sure they would have brought some if so. Unfortunately, no bar at the hotel. The drinks are served in the breakfast room where the lights are not dimmed.
The appartment was very spacious and well situated. Right in front of the Sichuan Theatre, in a shopping mall just a few minutes walk from the metro (5 minutes) and closed to Tianfu Square and People's Parc (10-15 minutes). It was clean and the personal was helpful: they borrowed us an umbrella as it rained. We appreciated to have two bathrooms in the appartment. The living room was comfy and luminous. Kitchen well-equiped so we could prepare coffee/tea with the offered fruits and snacks. We had no time to use them but there is a gym (24/7!) and a pool (6-23h) as well as a kid playroom (not for our teens)

United KingdomCan't think of anything we didn't like. Perhaps they could make water more widely available around the facilities, rather than 2 small bottles when cleaning the rooms.
Loved the central location and the very helpful staff. Some of them speak English, which was very helpful. Massive thank you to ALing, who helped us buying tickets for the opera. Best Wifi we encountered in China, super quick and efficient. Very nice breakfast with good options. Clean and spacious rooms.

We have stayed in a lot of five star hotels before (Shangri-La, Marriot, Hyatt, W, Ritz Carlton, etc.), this one blew our minds. We are travelling with our 2 year old daughter, so we chose Grand ParcVue for the fact that it has a kids play area (which ended up being the life saver at certain times), swimming pool, washing machine, dryer, and a living room, where we can chill out while she naps in the bedroom. Michael and Tina made our stay so pleasant so big shout out to them. Anything we needed, they have provided. We will definitely be going back there if we were ever in Chengdu again. A few of the things worth mentioning: 1. We needed to use a wifi name and password to connect to Cubo Ai to monitor our daughter while she naps, to do that, they installed a modem for us! They don’t have to do that but they did it out of pure kindness. 2. Our daughter peed in the middle of our bed and we called front desk, fully aware that we might have to pay the replacement or at least the cleaning fee for the quilt. Someone came up within 2 mins and changed our quilt, and they did it for free. 3. The one bedroom apartment is so spacious and spotless. Because tap water is not drinkable here, Housekeeping staff kept giving us more bottled water throughout our stay. 4. Breakfast area was really nice! And has a big range of food to suit all tastes. Salad bar, juice, coffee, tea, bacon, breads, egg tarts, noodle bar, baozi, dumplings, congee, seafood….

SingaporeThe central air-conditioning was not working on one of the nights that we stayed there (22 March) when the weather was beginning to get warmer. Hotel provided us with 2 stand fans though.
Location of hotel was great. Breakfast spread was also good and starts very early at 6.00a.m. This is great for guests who have to leave the hotel early. Reception staff was also great. Tina Zhang was especially helpful in helping us to make advanced booking of taxis leaving the hotel at 7.00a.m. Overall experience was superb.

Location is within walking distance to all places of interest. It only take 5 to 10 mins if you want to take a car ride. Walking is easy too. This serviced apartment is connected to a nice shopping mail with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. There is a convenient store near by to get snack and beer. You can find some local eateries nearby like hotpot, seafood and BBQ.

SingaporeOn our third day, we approached the front desk to ask about any tour available, a lady staff wasn't really interested to help us. I would have given an excellent rating regarding the staff, because of her, I have to rate just good!!
It's a well equipped apartment/suite. Beds are very comfortable. Staff on the first evening when we checked in late was so helpful she even used her phone to help us order takeaway, very impressed.
