I booked 2 rooms for me and my family. I was deceived by the pictures here. It’s totally nothing look like the pictures! The building is very very run down. Lift and ground floor of the entrance have some smell and very dirty. Sometimes some lifts are not working. Waiting for the lifts are pain in the ass. The receptionist is at 18 floor, not the normal hotel lobby. The rooms are very old, have dust, dirt in some corners of the rooms, bathrooms. My bathroom toilet is leaking and loose. Water pressure is low. Wallpapers along the corridors are torn. Some furnishings in the pantry are rotten. My room have small insects and cockroaches too! The condition is really bad and not suitable if you have that hotel expectations! The place is more suitable to call a Motel!

Location is very good! Near to main malls and the very popular Beijing Walking street. Many food and shops around walking distance and next to the subway. That’s the only good thing!

It's China style of Air BnB. No wardrobe, cabinets or table is the bedrooms. All rooms are very small, 2 bigger room allow to put 1 queen bed and not more space. There's no hook to hang clothes/Jackets I have booked the Big units and it located in another building which looks newer and clearer. For smaller units located in a older building and it currently have upgrading and the lifts are super slow.

That are two buildings. The first one is very old and the second one is very new and these two building is quite far away.

Location is not far from metro. The room is very big in lower price. But previous guess late check out, I can enter the room almost 5pm.

At night, there is no water. We have to buy water in a 5 liter bottle for bathing . This is the case with many rooms in our group. The apartment is very messy and dirty

Everything was rundown, Not the same as what it was back in 2019 that is property was well maintained. Entire property was under construction, lifts were leaking, room draws, toilets were all broken. A very dirty place to spend even a minute. The website has all old photos and has not been updated as to what the room and property is currently in state now. Front office representatives were missing from desk, had to wait for hours and no one to assist with luggage. Do not recommend any traveler to stay till it's upgraded.

We have to go on floor 18 to meet the reception guys in then grand continental building for the check in then he show us our apartment in another building was raining heavily this night so we have to walk with all our luggage to the other building in the rain about 5 mins walk . I Will wish in the future that they put there reception desk of someone there to attend client .

The room wasn’t even clean! The water bottle was used by someone else and the toilet was smelly. Very loud at night and early morning couldn’t sleep well. The AC was too old and so loud, also the toilet fan. The stuff weren’t helpful at all!!! I couldn’t use the wifi and asked them to help me get internet but they said “I don’t know, it’s because you’re foreigner you can’t access to the internet in China and you have to get a MPN or something number”. I asked him to help me search how to get that, but he didn’t even try. He just kept saying “I don’t know ask your friend or anything!!!”(how can I even ask or contact anyone when I don’t have any access to the internet???)) TBH everything was too bad and I hated my visit there.

BAIT AND SWITCH! The mold, the roaches, the staff, the fact they refused to work with me on a partial refund. I just wanted to leave and not stay there all 9 nights. It was a bait and switch.
