It's more than a Hostel, you can easily feel at home. The staff members are really helpful and smily. The service is qualitative and the room is cosy. I spent also some time in the roof garden which is really great (a real moment of quietness)

Everything exceeded my expectations. It was the highlight of our trip to China.

A truly exceptional boutique inn, right in the heart of Xian. It’s on a quiet alley that comes alive at night with a delightful little BBQ restaurant that delivers food you can enjoy in the breakfast area. There’s a Japanese vibe, complete with a formal tea house on the fourth floor where you sit on the floor and listen to jazz music as you sip white tea at no extra cost! There’s a simple free breakfast, but they also offer free cappuccinos throughout the day. At night they offer a free glass of wine or gin and tonic, also in their breakfast area, where guests can sit together and chat about their travels. The name of the hotel suggests this is a youth hostel but it isn’t like any other youth hostel I’ve ever stayed at. They do have a few hostel rooms, but most of the rooms are private single or doubles. The beds are very comfortable, there’s air conditioning and video projectors in every room, and even Toto toilets with a remote control with a bidet function! The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everything about this place is first class, even though it has an off-the-beaten-path quality. I visited in May 2024 with my wife and son. It is one of the highlights of our visit to China. I should add that the place was recently renovated and everything feels brand new. The pictures in some of the other reviews are out of date.

As beautiful and serene as in the pictures (which is not always a given!) - 120% recommend this hotel! The breakfast is good too, with 1 warm main dish option daily.

Nothing, everything exceeded my expectation

I was surprised at this hostel: everything is superb: it is near the Bell Tower and the metro station. The staff was welcoming and very helpful, especially Emmy. The installations were excellent, clean. They have free fruit and refreshments. The common area is very comfortable and they even have an area where they keep colorful birds which add an extra touch of homeliness when they sing. The dorm room has 2 bunks made of wood, with private bathroom. Large lockers and a desk. The beds are very comfortable and clean. On the 4th floor there is a library and a tea house, surrounded by jazmin with its fragrance. There is wifi in all the rooms. Breakfast was very good and is included. Also, they allow you the use of washing and drying machines. All in all, it is the best hostel that I know and felt sorry to leave since I was so comfortable.

Excellent hotel with exceptional facilities. Free self service laundry, projector as tv, air conditioning. Garden terrace and tea space is beautiful and tranquil . Furniture and atmosphere through the hotel is lovely . Food good and free drink between 8-10 with free snacks available all day. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful . Would recommend to all .

Absolutely nothing that I did not like.

This was genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location was really good - close to the Muslim Quarters and the subway station. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. Rooms were fantastic and extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast quite moderate. We didn't like the breakfast coffee, though they sell good coffee after breakfast.

It's quite more a hotel than a hostel. Very modern, young people, cosy and comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful, location can't be better. Good local restaurants in the same street, 10 minutes walk from Muslim quarter. Snacks and wine in the evening for free

staff always helpful (booked for us terra-cotta army ticket and explained some tips of the town). clean and cozy room, very nice design, perfect position, breakfast with both Chinese and continental options, coffee time from 10 am to 5 pm, a gin tonic offered every night. great!!!

Wow I can't find any fault about this hostel. Its more like a hotel. The staff, location, facilities were 10/10. He decor and interior were beautiful throughout. They had a stunning chillout area on the rooftop and downstairs courtyard . They offer free drinks and snacks throughout the day. They offered us a glass of wine at the end of the day for free. Amazing value for money I would have paid more. I will definitely be staying here again.

This place is phenomenal. It cannot be compared with any other option in China, it’s so far ahead. Rooms: stunning, spacious, comfy. Building: beautiful, homely, clean. Staff: friendly, helpful, fun and generous. Breakfast: yum, simple but perfect. Always snacks available. Location: prime, right near a subway and not far from the main sites within the city wall. We are so grateful to have stayed here.
