Room was very warm, and thermostat did not work so was not able to change temperature to make it more comfortable.

A very clean and well-kept hotel, close to Solana and shopping. Reception staff spoke good English. Room was a good size, very comfortable with good facilities. Excellent breakfast with great choice of Westen and Chinese foods to choose from.

The staff didn't speak English, only a few of them at the front desk, but not even all of them at the reception. At breakfast it was hard trying to ask something cause they didn't speak English.

The rooms were big and modern, actually really nice. Breakfast was also amazing. The employees were really nice trying to find us a taxi every time we needed to go out.

Staff needs training in evaluating visas for foreign guests. It took almost half an hour to check-in. The old carpet smell in our room was not pleasant. The first time I tried to check in, the reception sent me to the old tower, which had rooms with outdated designs, a dingy/musty carpet smell, and a view of the very close wall of the next building, even though the room was advertised with city view. But the receptionist changed my room upon request without any trouble.

The rooms are not sound proof -- so if someone speaks outside your room, you will hear it very clearly.

Do not understand "Do not disturb' with that note on my door they would call and even knock to see if I was "alright'. On a week long business trip you wish to be able to rest in your downtime! If they wanted to see if I was alive they could have checked with the breakfast room 😉

I keep coming back, so hard to tell... Perhaps more variety in the food service menu would help.

One of my usual hubs in Beijing. Excellent location, great, helpful staff, full-size swimming pool (very rare in China), enormous gym, a Jacuzzi that brings people together.

Gym and spa closed and was no info on booking.com about it . Also lights in the room can’t be manage well or maybe was a problem with the master switch .

The room and facilities were very old. Aircon only blows warm ISH air, no cold air. Had to ask staff to open the window. The electric curtain almost fell apart, bed wasn't comfortable. Bathroom was dark. women's sauna room wasn't hot. It was the worst Hilton ever stayed in.

The location is fine, easy to reach from to the airport and motorway. The staff were friendly.

Room very aged, overheated-air conditioning was not working-neither could you open a window. It was not very modern compared with other hotels around.

Room was impossibly hot 26-27 deg C even with the window open. Room Heating controls just for show and dont do anything. Bearing in mind it was -7 deg C at night outside this was far too hot and virtually impossible to sleep. Not something I would expect from a four star hotel let alone a 5 star one. This is so important and a basic feature that I would only rate it as a three star hotel! Reception staff not very helpful - arrived 3pm room not ready - told to wait and they will let us know. waited but nobody came so had to go and ask again an hour later - very poor especially with a 20 month old child.

Breakfast very good by China standards for westerners but the Chinese selection was limted - location ok for what we needed to do. Facilities good

We tried to order food at 22.30 they said room service is not available. How can you claim 5 stars without room service ?
