Room was not cleaned even after putting the request to clean. On 4th May, left the room at 11am and returned after 7pm. On the following day, the room was not cleaned after returning to the room after 3pm and only cleaned upon in person request to the cleaner.

Unfortunately a lot of guests are heavy smokers and don't care about the non smoking signs that are everywhere. Our room smelled like it has been smoked in often, there was even someone smoking in the changing rooms of the spa area. The steam sauna was closed for the whole duration of our stay.

Perfect location for exploring Chongqing for the first time, nice breakfast and friendly staff. The mattress was very comfortable and soft. The hot water pool is nice for relaxing after a long day.

As good as the room was, it seemed to me that the room was getting a bit long in the tooth.

The location of the hotel is great. In a few minutes you were at the metro station, which was the stop for 2 lines. With one of them you can get to many sights/attractions very quickly. There were also many delicious opportunities to try out the local cuisine around the hotel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was extensive and had a good selection. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay.

The location is very convenient. Hotel itself has been worn out as it’s quite old but the rooms are reasonably cleaned. The staff are very helpful and understanding, they politely helped me with early cancellation of the rest of the stay when I wanted to change hotel

The facilities are outdated, for example both bedside tables did not have an electricity outlet so I was not able to charge my phone (or other devices) next to my bed, which is quite cumbersome. The location is also a bit suboptimal, while close to a metro station it is further away from the center and the main attractions of the city.

The restaurant closed early. I did not have many options of place to eat within short distance of the hotel.

The staff are always very helpful and wiling to assist the guest with anything they need during their stay. There is a small convenient store across the street from the front entrance and a bank around the corner.

Everything was great!

Chongquing is a great city which I found out with this being my first time. The Hilton was located near the metro and up on a hill. It’s located in a vibrant neighborhood! The room was cozy and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast had many choices was delicious. The customer service throughout the hotel was professional and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

The restaurants close early by western standards, and room service is not available after 20.00. I arrived late in the evening due to my flight schedule and was therefore unable to get anything to eat.

The room was good and the staff are excellent. Breakfast, though a little expensive, is first rate, and Dan, the food and beverage manager is outstanding, very helpful and friendly.

Modern sockets far away from the bed. No Hotel Bar for a night drink so you need to go out.

Good location, easy to access by subway. Nice rooms, comfortable bed and clean environment. Very good continental breakfast. Value for money!

Small swimming pool and you have to wear a swimming cap so that everyone looks like a clown in the circus. If you don’t have one you can only buy an overpriced one at the hotel. They are supposed to borrow you one for free! Poor service for a 5 star hotel.
