Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyThe team was really professional, especially the restaurant and restaurant meeting rooms are operated flawlessly. We had a business meeting we had to organize, a staff member called Queen took care of us. She provided a detailed plan for the next days meeting and even helped us pick the menu for the main course. The service was top notch and the place is also super clean. We will definately be coming back to this hotel whenever we have a meeting in Shenzhen.

The staff Aileen Lam helps us to checkin is polite, knowledgeable & cheerful. The hotel smells nice, clean & spacious. We love our room with good layout, clean & have all amenities we need. The choice of buffet breakfast is great but not excessive. Good coffee & have space between tables.

This is a great all-around hotel. It’s showing a few signs of wear and tear, but still mostly feels modern and clean. The views of the water are delightful and the whole staff is super friendly.
