No complaints with the hotel, I enjoyed my stay. Useful info for some guests - no personal safe in the room. A late change of my travel dates was made complicated by booking.com customer service, but the hotel responded well when contacted directly to resolve it.

Nice, modern hotel and quiet area. Good location as a base for seeing the city. Major sights easily reached by rental bike, or a 10 min walk from Dongsi underground station, with the airport fast train 2 stops away. Out of the hotel you are immediately in the peaceful hutongs, with interesting bars and shops to be found if you're prepared to explore a bit. My room (6th floor) was clean and well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a good mix of Chinese and western options.

Windows could only be opened a few inches, AC was not turned on for the entire hotel yet (april), therefore the AC in our room did not do anything either but after asking for a solution we were brought a very good ventilator, which was perfectly fine.

There are no shelves in the room

Great Location. The room was clean. There are laundry facilities in the hotel, which is great for those traveling for a long time! and finally, they have a great breakfast too.

The breakfast was okay, but better to pay attention on freshness of the products. I tried croissant 2 times on different days, and both of the times it was stone hard. I can imagine that not everybody consumes it as it is more Western breakfast option. But the hotel still has lots of Western guests visiting Beijing. So, I think it is better to put less croissants each morning and refresh the plate every morning.

The staff, although they do not speak English, were helpful and very polite. They use translation app to help and give information when it is needed. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We like that there are different options for pillow to have desired comfort.

Renovated recently, this hotel is modern and clean. The room is simple but provided everything we needed. We especially loved the robot which brought us water to the room. We also liked the laundry facilities to wash and dry our clothes. The breakfast was great and provided a good variety of foods. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and spoke some English. The hotel was a little hidden but was quiet and only a short walk to shops and the metro train station.

There should be some hooks added, where to keep the towels in the bathroom.

The property is rather new; well located among some traditional old houses. Very quiet and relaxing in the evenings. The employees are very helpful. Both check in and check out were fast and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. And very warm.

One of the best accommodations I have stayed in China, hotel rooms look very new, breakfast had a lot of variety, Chinese style and also Western options, the staff was friendly and polite. The nearest subway station is Dongsi, approximately 10min walk. Definitely a recommended option to stay in Beijing!
