Good hotel and good location. Finally after 2 weeks in China I found an hotel where they could speak English. Nice breakfast and the room were clean. I also liked the complementary laundry room.

The AC is very soft and wifi was very slow. There are minor imperfections on the property, like misaligned grouting and unfinished maintenance work, uncommon with the Holiday Inn brand. It's not a huge deal though.

It's a good location. Tianfu square, Khuan and Zhai Alley, Chunxi road are walkable. The breakfast is delicious as well. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy.

The air conditioning wasn’t on/working so it was warm in the room, and there was no fridge to cool the drinks. The room didn’t look it was properly vacuum.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable for one person. If you’re traveling for a long time, you can wash your clothes and get them dry for free in the laundry room. The best was the variety for breakfast.

A wonderful hotel in a great location for People’s Park. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious! The staff were friendly and very helpful - superb English! It was great to have the use of a free laundry and there was a good choice of food at breakfast. Overall, a great hotel!!

Breakfast slightly bland Soundproofing wasn't bad but if you are a light sleeper able to hear noises from other rooms.

2 things.. 1st - it seem the cleaner only do replacement of towels and making bed. The floor is sticky and not sure when was last clean. The sound proof of wall is not working. We could hear the next room conversation and tv.

The breakfast is value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the constant breakdown of the coffee machine.

Dated style wise but that doesnt bother us personally.

Huge rooms that function well. As with all hotels in China, the standards differ to Western standards. Powerful shower and huge bathroom. The staff on the front desk are so helpful and friendly. The manager (Louis I think) was very friendly and helpful to my mum and very kind to my children on arrival. Breakfast with Western option. About ten mins walk to nearest subway and excellent value for money.

* The air con was not working in the first couple of nights, but they provided us with a fan. * Every day the cleaning lady was forgetting to replace the proper amount of towels/toilet paper/ body wash... * Breakfast was not very child friendly and the food was veried but not excellent. Overall OK for an adult, but my kids could not eat anything apart from drinking milk.

Location: very near to the park and Tianfu Square, kindness of the staff, very spacious and comfortable room.
