Breakfast gets crowded during peak hours. No Seats or tables were available. There were often no Butter available as Staff said they had run out of it.

Great location as we wanted to try out local street food which is plentiful available just across the hotel. Breakfast choice is great too as it can cater to different guest preference. English speaking staffs provided the necessary answers to our request.

Wifi is slow.

Many eateries and minimart around the hotel. Staff of the hotel is very helpful, including Michael, front desk, restaurant, finance staff who assisted us on Alipay operations. 10-12 mins walk to Exit D Tai Sheng South Rd Metro Station which is quite convenient. If need escalator for lugguage, need to use Exit C.

Breakfast served too late at 730am so we didn’t manage to have it the morning we had to catch an early train. Smell of old cigarette smoke permeated the room although I had requested a non-smoking room (which our room was), tried airing the room out but it didn’t solve the issue at all - this is a huge problem for most China hotels I’ve stayed at.

5-7min walk from nearest underground station, just a short walk away from big malls and central areas. Great breakfast spread. Clean room, fairly helpful staff.

Breakfast do not have halal options, so we can only eat bread & jam (we need to personally request for butter), yogurt, cereal, fruits and hard boiled eggs. 2 pillows were provided but it's too soft.

Very Clean and peaceful hotel with good amenities in the room. Friendly and helpful staff, even with limited English, they will assist us with enquiries. Location is good, with multiple convenience shops in the vicinity and at least 3 halal eateries within 5 min walking distance. Breakfast spread is quite good, but no halal options.

Glad to have a quiet room. Basically, everything is up to par and I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast provided was good, there's nothing to complain about. There are many eateries around this area. We stumbled upon one which was really good and reasonably priced. Too bad it was a day before we left, otherwise, would have frequented the small restaurant a lot more.

Nice, spacious and clean rooms in a very nice neighbourhood of Chengdu! Breakfast was amazing with a variety of options to choose from. We also really liked the fact that we could use the laundry service of the hotel for free!

We paid a deposit on top of our standard room charge but the hotel still hasn’t returned the deposit to our card yet. It was paid using a UnionPay card. We’d like to have this issue sorted soon if the hotel could get in contact with us please!
