The toilet got blocked only because I didn’t realise that you’re not supposed to flush the toilet paper down the toilet. You must use the bin. To throw away the toilet paper.

The breakfast as said before needs more fruit. Applies, bananas, kiwis, dragon fruit etc. just melon is not fun.

Breakfast was good but not enough selection of fruit. There was only watermelon and cantaloupe melon and nothing else. Bananas, apples, etc would have been nice to ensure you have have a varied good diet.

There is no day dining or in room meal facility. The longue area is small and there was no coffee shop to sit and relax during the day.

The property is located close to metro station. There are enough restaurants / coffee shops within 2-mile range. The place is quiet / friendly and good locality with greenery all around. I took evening strolls in the neighborhood and was very relaxing. The rooms are very good. Spacious, clean with all necessary amenities. I stayed for 4 days, and my room was properly cleaned each day. Bed was soft and comfortable. Breakfast as an Indian was decent. I will expect some more dishes for an American breakfast. Staff is very friendly and quite helpful. There were always English-speaking staff at the reception. Its value for money.

location far from City. nothing to do at night and no restaurants near you at all. no much option on breakfast. you have to take taxi to go to city and it will cost around 100 CNY.

The buffet with "warm" breakfast was more or less cold. More variety in sandwich filling would be nice. Cheese or ham for example. Robotized drink- and snack automatic only could be used with payment app of WeChat.

Room was clean. Bed was good. Shower was clean and good. The staff was friendly and supportive. Location was easy for pickup by business partnes. In spite of drink- and snack automatic was only to be used with payment app of WeChat, staff assisted with opening it with a key and adding the price to the room. One time even apologized for the inconenience and offered the drink for free.

The staff didn’t charge for the deposit when I checked in. After that when I checked out they charged me double and they can’t find the way out. So bad.

I would like to have had breakfast earlier, but 5:00 AM may be unreasonable. I was there on business that required me to be at the Disney resort at 5:45 AM. No time for breakfast.

The location was close to a Metro Station, but also close to Shanghai Disneyland. The use of a DiDi (China's version of Uber) was fairly inexpensive.
