Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWhen the restaurant was closed there was no where to get a cup of tea/coffee other than make it in the room yourself. Breakfast was fine but not a huge choice.
The room was nice and the area quiet. Staff didn't speak much English but were very helpful - my friend found her room cold and was immediately supplied with a heater as the centrally set room temperature couldn't be changed. There were places to sit, away from the room, to have a chat with folks.

United KingdomDepending on your needs and plans, I guess you may want to be located closer to more central areas of the city if you want a night of checking out bars etc. But taxis are cheap and easy to find, so location wasn't really a problem.
- Good buffet breakfast included with room price, with plenty of both Chinese and Western options - Good location, a 5-10 minute walk from the high-speed train station - Room was clean and comfortable

Good location, 10mins walk to shenyang north railway station. Decent breakfast as other places. I like their food delivery robot! There is one Luckin coffee shop on the first floor. Btw, their own coffee bar is cheap, ex: a cup of americano is 10RMB. Staff are kind and accept discover credit card.

ChinaI had asked the hotel to inform me about the rate for their airport shuttle, but they didn't get back to me about that.
The staff were able to give me a nice quiet room. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with hot and cold dishes (including bread, meat, vegetarian dishes, fruit and vegetables). A choice of several drinks (black and green tea, coffee, milk, soymilk, 3 types of juice). The staff was able to speak some English, which is not always the case in China. The hotel is walking distance from Shenyang north trainstation and the subway station line 2 (but with a lot of luggage it can be best to use a taxi). Also has a bus stop nearby with a bus line straight to Fuling Mausoleum and other sites

Room got charged to card when i explicitely mentioned czsh payment The rbedoom temperature was unacceptable high, 25 degrees. I understand it is cold outside but i dont fancy sleeping in a sauna (thermostat does not work)
