The guest laundry room can be a little busy sometimes.

Great location, polite, helpful and professional staff. Tour operators 孙艳荣 was extremely helpful, going out of her way to help my family book the package tours and making good recommendations. The hotel comes with clothes washer/dryer for guests, and even provided the detergent. We were extremely happy with the service overall. The room rates were also competitive.

breakfast time is a bit challenging for us, try to avoid the ‘peak hour’ as the seating area is limited

as per our request while booking this hotel, we reached 11am+ & allowed us to check in early; staff are excellent (receptionist & tour desk), they helped to arrange & book terracotta warriors tour &《驼铃传奇》show tickets; many attractions are just within 600m walking distance from the hotel

-Wifi is poor as can only be used in ground floor instead of room.

-The location of the hotel is good and the underground to metro is just about 3min walk. -There is no need to be worried about food whether it is in the morning or at night, because there are numerous restaurants nearby. -The tour counter in the hotel provided a good service and the tour is reliable. Highly recommended.

One or two front desk staff not friendly. I informed them one of the light not working and ask them to repair when we were out but never get it done. The room a bit dark, not enough light.

The property is very near the bell tower station, location excellent. The second floor has a laundry room, two washing machines and two dryers, the hotel even provides washing detergent. The family room have a big bathroom. It’s value for money.

The toilet at G floor need to have better cleanliness. I understand that we can go to our room, but it's also the impression for visitor / guest when they want to use the toilet while waiting for check in. The WiFi is slow and not stable. If you have your own connection and dont rely on hotel WiFi, it will not affect you.

The breakfast is good and superb. Lots of variety. The room is clean and I think it's good.

Not much to see from the window of roomm

The location is great. 5-7 walking distance from Drum and Bell Tower, Muslim quarter. 30-40 minutes walking distance from the East Gate of City wall.
