We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeAircon is blowing hot air, I feel like am in sauna room. I was told it’s centralized aircon controlled by commercial shops next door. Open window also feeling hot. Staff told me to off d aircon but it feels stuffy. In the end I ask for a fan.
Location - walking distance to bell & drum towers and food street. Bed room size good for solo traveler. No space for 2 big luggages

SingaporeThe internet was not very stable but I had data on my local eSIM so for me it's ok. Also the staff doesn't seem to be very knowledgable about the places of interest, could be the language barrier (using Translate app to communicate).
The location was amazing very close to the Bell and Drum tower and the Muslim Quarter. Close to a metro station too. There's daily breakfast as well. To anyone planning to go to the TerraCotta Warriors it was very accessible via subway metro (plus bus), from the hotel takes about 1.5 hours. The journey from the hotel to the Airport was also very smooth via subway (costs only CNY 8). They also allowed me to check out at 2 pm (this can be because there's not a lot of guests on the day of my checkout)

Great location. Nice hotel, I would happily stay there anytime. Breakfast was good. Staff were lovely and willing to assist at any time.

SingaporeDue to low season, they do maintenance hotel room by painting some of the rooms which just 2 rooms beside us. We smell odour painting very strong on our 4th day stay. So stuffy breathing and made me awaken few times.

Great location, polite, helpful and professional staff. Tour operators 孙艳荣 was extremely helpful, going out of her way to help my family book the package tours and making good recommendations. The hotel comes with clothes washer/dryer for guests, and even provided the detergent. We were extremely happy with the service overall. The room rates were also competitive.

Malaysia-Wifi is poor as can only be used in ground floor instead of room.
-The location of the hotel is good and the underground to metro is just about 3min walk. -There is no need to be worried about food whether it is in the morning or at night, because there are numerous restaurants nearby. -The tour counter in the hotel provided a good service and the tour is reliable. Highly recommended.

SingaporeOne or two front desk staff not friendly. I informed them one of the light not working and ask them to repair when we were out but never get it done. The room a bit dark, not enough light.
The property is very near the bell tower station, location excellent. The second floor has a laundry room, two washing machines and two dryers, the hotel even provides washing detergent. The family room have a big bathroom. It’s value for money.
