Nice and clean rooms. Surrounded by shops, restaurants malls, and very close to line 7 and 2 metro. Free flowing coffee and juice at the lobby. High tea and evening snacks are complimentary for the guests. Friendly staff who could speak a little bit of English.

Fantastic room, huge and with a really beautiful view. Complimentary water, good breakfast with western options (this is not so common in China), nice staff who can speak English. Very modern and comfortable hotel. Good value for money!

Helpful and proactive front desk staff, especially Winnie (ID 5113). Checked out, left behind my Apple Watch charger, only realised it at 8pm. Although Winnie was on day shift, she replied to my WeChat and took the trouble to check with her colleague, found my charger within minutes and had it promptly couriered out the next morning.

Didn’t have a chance to try their complimentary afternoon tea & snacks. Tried the complimentary supper on 1st night upon late check in around 10pm. Simple decent noodle soup for hungry stomachs but the sides like pickles & condiments were not replenished before supper closed hour at 11pm despite some guests continue to walk in for supper.

Metro station right outside hotel. Malls, eateries all around. Hotel lobby at L23, hence, rooms all on high floor & non-smoking. Amenities well thought of, bed very comfortable, room is cleaned, no smell. Washer & dryer available at skygarden floor, added convenience to travelers. Bottled water, hot beverages & amenities like shower caps, toothbrush, shaver, plasters & even hairpins are made available at the lobby, creating extremely wonderful guest experience which is lacking from reputable international chain 5-star hotels. Thumbs up! Not forgetting front desk staff were all very polite and helpful. Special mention-front desk manager-Jonathan and front desk officer-Dave Cao. Keep up the good work, Huaqiang Plaza Hotel!!!

Everything is good.

The bed was quite huge for double single beds and the bedroom and bathroom is very spacious. The staff were very friendly to us all along our stay over there. Good location right outside Exit A of Huaqiang North Station at Shenzhen

This hotel is definitely the right choice for business trips, service and the room hygiene are excellent. Staff are helpful especially thanks to Ms Beta, she went the extra mile and helped me to arrange for a room and gave me a preferential price when I came back from another city before leaving home from SZ. The room they arranged for me has a great view. I personally like it very much and will come back to stay again. Thanks again Ms Beta
