You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

ThailandA bad experience but a very touching story. Traveled from Thailand. When I arrive at the hotel I forgot my wallet in the taxi. Which also have my passport in there. I didn’t know much Information about the taxi, I can’t remember the license plate number or the brand of the car. All I know is that it was a blue sedan and it was in an old condition. Keikio, the hotel manager, was very skilled, gentle, and helped me very well. Contacting the police makes me get my bag back quickly. There's no harm in it for me. But I'm very impressed by Keikio the manager. Thanks again to her.

SingaporeHotel facade was so dark to the point that I thought it was a haunted building. Shuttle pickup from Airport was delayed and I had to call multiple times to recheck and confirm. Waited for more than 30min for a hotel that is 5min drive away. There were't many hotel guests, not sure why they couldn't put all 4 rooms on a single level. That aside, there was no electricity in the room and I had to go down back to Lobby to verify. They had to turn on the main switch on the floor itself but the power went out again 15min after we had settled down in the room. Asked the night before to arrange for taxi/transport to the Train station next day as we were a large group and was promised it will be done. Not only was it not done, but I had to ask instead of them taking the initiative to inform me earlier during breakfast. I am appalled at the service of this hotel, which was not expected since it's a huge brand name. I guess the quality differs across locations. Hyatt Group should do a complete review of this location again as it's brand name is at risk.

Very near to the airport, but no airport noise. The hotel manager Keikio was very helpful and friendly and helped us perfectly to arrange a late Checkout.

SingaporeWe arrived almost midnight and had to catch an early train to ZhangJiaJie the next morning. So we choose this hotel because it stated 5 mins walk from airport to hotel (on their website) - Upon arrival and accordingly Goggle direction -- it ends up to be at least walk 20 mins on a highway!! If the hotel website is more precise on their directions - I would have requested for a free shuttle or at least find a hotel downtown near the train station instead. :(

The staff worked to try and fix the issue.
