Great location close to the airport for an overnight stay before traveling out of the city. Hotel had helpful staff and we got a big room for a great price.

The sound insulation is desired to be better.

Clean room and friendly staffs! Very thoughtful shuffle bus to the airport even though it is 5:30 in the morning and packed breakfast !!! I really liked the shampooing and shower gel.

They took deposit of extra 25% and when checked out they said they will reimburse to my bank account, which i used my card for payment. SO IF THEY INSIST YOU TO PAY DEPOSIT, JUST PAY THE EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY.

Wonderful modern hotel with good breakfast. Large bathroom and beds. Nice view of airport. 3min hotel shuttle to airport every half hour or very cheap (RMB 7-9) taxi if you can’t wait for the shuttle.

A bad experience but a very touching story. Traveled from Thailand. When I arrive at the hotel I forgot my wallet in the taxi. Which also have my passport in there. I didn’t know much Information about the taxi, I can’t remember the license plate number or the brand of the car. All I know is that it was a blue sedan and it was in an old condition. Keikio, the hotel manager, was very skilled, gentle, and helped me very well. Contacting the police makes me get my bag back quickly. There's no harm in it for me. But I'm very impressed by Keikio the manager. Thanks again to her.

Breakfast was great. Room temperature was perfect. The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful. The environment was very comforting.

Hotel facade was so dark to the point that I thought it was a haunted building. Shuttle pickup from Airport was delayed and I had to call multiple times to recheck and confirm. Waited for more than 30min for a hotel that is 5min drive away. There were't many hotel guests, not sure why they couldn't put all 4 rooms on a single level. That aside, there was no electricity in the room and I had to go down back to Lobby to verify. They had to turn on the main switch on the floor itself but the power went out again 15min after we had settled down in the room. Asked the night before to arrange for taxi/transport to the Train station next day as we were a large group and was promised it will be done. Not only was it not done, but I had to ask instead of them taking the initiative to inform me earlier during breakfast. I am appalled at the service of this hotel, which was not expected since it's a huge brand name. I guess the quality differs across locations. Hyatt Group should do a complete review of this location again as it's brand name is at risk.

The staff in the restaurant could not speak English very well, but we managed to solve the issue with s translation app.

Very near to the airport, but no airport noise. The hotel manager Keikio was very helpful and friendly and helped us perfectly to arrange a late Checkout.

We arrived almost midnight and had to catch an early train to ZhangJiaJie the next morning. So we choose this hotel because it stated 5 mins walk from airport to hotel (on their website) - Upon arrival and accordingly Goggle direction -- it ends up to be at least walk 20 mins on a highway!! If the hotel website is more precise on their directions - I would have requested for a free shuttle or at least find a hotel downtown near the train station instead. :(

The hotel couldn't find the reservation, which resulted in me having to call Booking and trying to get the issue solved for an hour, which resulted in just getting another room and waiting until tomorrow for it to be fixed.

The staff worked to try and fix the issue.
