Within walking distance from airport, just what we needed after our late flight. Could have a good rest before heading into the city the next morning. Very decent breakfast, and overall quiet so good for resting. Modern decor.

The front lady who checked in for me was not fluent in English, so it was quite difficult to communicate.

Perfect location inside the airport. From international departure exit, go straight a bit to pass the gate, then turn right, and it's just there! The rooms provided all you need. If I fly with the late flight, definitely choose here again.

The in room dining ordering system needs some work. I was feeling a bit lazy and thought I would order up to my room instead of going down. The in room dining order system requires a local phone number. Being an international traveller I don't have a local number. I tried all sorts to by pass this, including the hotel's own number, with no luck. Ended up going down to the restaurant after all.

Excellent hotel just steps away from terminal 4 so very convenient. All staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious! The room was clean and the whole building was very quiet.

There is some miscommunication during check in when the staff informed my booking comes with free breafast which I obviously did not include in the booking, has to pay extra after the next day when go for breakfast. The room door always vibrate when there is door opening and closing in other rooms along the corridor.

The hotel location is ideal for those needing late night or early morning travel to the airport. The room is genrally clean and surprising spacious with toilet filled with full amenities.

The hotel location is very convenient being 2 minutes walk from T4. The staff is amazing and very helpful specially Fancy from the front desk who always smile. Highly recommended if you’re flying from and to Hangzhou.

The city feels bit foggy(polluted!?) in the morning.. better to have a mask while staying here. The throat gets sore even for a night!

Awesome location near the airport. Walkable from Terminal 4 exit. The rooms are big and clean. The staff are quite kind but they speak limited English so keep the translator ready if u wanna ask anything beyond check-in. The breakfast is a good selection with Chinese and Western options.

If you are a foreigner I would recommend you to pay a deposit by cash and take it back when check out. If you pay the deposit with your card, the return of the deposit can take about a month or even longer. I would recommend to pay a deposit by cash in all Chinese hotels.
