I booked 2 rooms as we are a big family of 5 (3 kids age 8 and under), they offer connecting rooms, however, they did not make this connection for us so we were on the same floor in different rooms (not close). The level of English is very very poor, even with translator app they don't understand.

Breakfast was really good as well as the location. Close to large shopping area and metro line 2.

Got the big room with bath tub, but there seems to be some design flaws, specifically, water is likely to splash on to the floor when showering and cannot be drained as the floor drain is at another corner. Pool is closed during winter

The door staff needs to be active to customers whenever they need some help. My three years old son helped me with the luggage at the lobby. And my hands are also full of stuff. But nobody helped us until I asked.

The room is clean and facilities are really new. I really like the room.

I required a baby crib in my booking and it was confirmed, but when we arrived it was not there, I contacted them and asked if they could do a bit decoration in our room as it was our anniversary, I got reply from them which was said they would see what they could do however there was nothing, talked to reception, he explained if I contact them via booking I might have just talked with booking but not them, well in that case I don’t quite understand the representation of hotel in the reply.

For a HYATT and with so many guests during my stay I was surprised the breakfast buffet lacked in options. I suggest they allow guests to order eggs how they like them done, rather than pick from a pile of cold fried eggs. Also, the coffee machine made terrible tasting coffee. The simple coffee bags in the room were better. Guests would be smart to opt out of the hotel breakfast, save the money and eat elsewhere.

There was a problem with my booking when I arrived but the front desk was super helpful. The room was cool and quiet with a calm garden view.

I don't like the deposit system for payment. It seems something like double-charged and the hotel is using your money for weeks without any interest! I think it's not this hotel's issue but Hyatt group itself but should be reconsidered! I can't use debit card because of this double-charge... Very unpleasant!

My room was filled with moths. I twice found weird larvae on my pillow. The room was way too hot and there was no way to cool it down.

The pool was under maintenance and I just know that after I checked in. This is the main disappointing thing. Because I could go to a hotel much cheaper and still nice without a pool. I asked the staff if the hotel could give us a coupon for compensation of the closed pool as we get less than what we pay for. They said there is no compensation or solutions for it. So the fact is that We have to pay for the prob of the hotel itself. So I think for this trip, the value for money is low… Facilities are just standard in the room. My room is next to the cleaning lady’s cart. Hence there are noise sometimes

Some rooms are facing the side without much sunlight during the day. We told Mr Yin of the front desk of the concern and was immediately changed to a 5th floor room facing the bright sunlight side both morning and afternoon, thanks to Mr Yin’s help!! and his customer-centric attitude.

Conveniently located and near the major shop center The Place (南丰城) as well as the city subway systems. Breakfast is super too.

Size of the room was quite large but still very comfortable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.

The general staying experience is okay. The bathroom is not very clean, the room is not really spacious. The door closes with very hard noise. The breakfast place is not very cozy to sit down.
