the shower room was a little less pragmatic for older guests or plus size guests. the reception team, not all of them speak English - it was a little challenging and surprising for this type of hotel not to have a team that can communicate with international guests. not found on Google maps, which can be tricky for international guests that depend more on Google maps

Love the hip new style with fun elements such as an art stand for you to draw the scenery outside the window.. cute merchandise in the room that can be bought great location - walking distance to the Zhongshan road and the 8 road Market. opposite you can take the ferry to the island - but for foreigners it is only possible at certain times and hours. easy to get food outside and there are many cafes and bars around

Hotel service is good and the view is excellent. We can see Gulanyu directly every time when I open curtain. The hotel aslo Very close to Zhongshan road, love it. Will visit it again in the future. Already recommended to all my friends.

The room needs thorough cleaning. One can see dust on table and walls. The vault is not plugged in. The duvet cover/sheets has a slight odor.

The breakfast was good, although the cuisine offered could have been more. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The hotel premises is quiet, very relaxing.

Seats in breakfast/dining room are quite old and worn, the Gym did not have tissues for swiping the equipment afterwards nor towels in the Gym room itself.

The service personnel was fantastic, always greatly supportive, very friendly and very good in English. They even helped us to get PCR tests and the results downloaded from the Fujian Health Code System. And they arranged us a one-day tour to the Hakka round buldings. The location is great, just across Gulang Yu Island, the breakfast was very good with a great view to the island and the harbour.

I was a bit disappointed to find that the room we chose had no bath, especially considering the price, however, that was due to me not making doubly sure. The room was missing some bathroom amenities which were provided upon request. We did in fact go during a national holiday, so higher room rates and busy staff is something that can’t be fully avoided.

we have booked for 4 room on 02-03 Apr, the room air con cannot adjust it control by the management at 27 degreed at all time, which we have feedback to the hotel, the answer to us is the weather is cooling now, so they are not adjust to lower tempreture. Hotel expect us to sleep with open the window?? 8 of us are not sleeping well for whole night.

There were beg bugs. And in the pillows with beans. My son couldn’t breathe cos he is asthmatic and i suffered from the bites on parts of my body and face exposed to the pillows.

Location was fantastic. Front desk staff name Larissa is most helpful.

The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, we had to park our car at the shared parking lot. The lighting of the room is strange. The room is still a little bit dark even though we turned on all the lights in the room.

The hotel's location is great. We can see the view of GuLangYu from the window. The famous ZhongShanLu Street is among walking distance.
