Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaLocation is off the main attraction area in Beijing so expect 45min travel time by car during peak hours. However intercontinental in Sanlitun area is full of life with plenty of shop, restaurant & bar to choose from. Especially the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is superb. Breakfast is excellent, there is difference variety everyday as I stay for 5 nights in the hotel and is great to eat different things for breakfast.

IrelandWe just had one disappointing event and that was at your Char restaurant on our last evening. Our server was excellent but was the only one who could understand us. The food was wonderful but the kitchen staff forgot the potato wedges with 2 of 3 of the mains. We had to request that steak dishes be returned until potatoes cooked ! Waiting staff not attentive we had to call for attention. Other than that I would 100% recommend your hotel.
Loved the location, the cleanliness and the comfort. Daniel was most helpful at breakfast, couldn’t do enough. Also Tomas, King and Oscar were extremely helpful and polite.

ChinaI just feel like in Beijing you can get so much better for cheaper. The Jen Hotel which is not far away puts the service here to shame. Club lounge food very limited here.
Beautiful and right in the heart of Sanlitun. Bedroom was gorgeous with lots of amenities, comfortable bath, lovely shower and bed.

The Concierge Service was incredible and so helpful. The room was rather esoteric and I liked that. Entering the room through the bathroom was refreshingly original.

CanadaCheck-in was long, and we got a lower floor room than I expected, although I requested a high floor room. Even that room was ready after 4pm. Breakfast was okay, I would expect better quality and variety from a five-star hotel.
Very new facility, great decoration and bed was super comfortable. Room was very quiet and internet connection was superb. I liked the design of separating toilet with shower, but the toilet is with walls that can be seen through on the sides, making it a little odd for non-family members.
