Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location for accessing the duty free shop and visit Atlantis. Super beautiful and secluded private beach. The service was very good. We could get a crib and a step chair for our toddler. The kids center is also very nice. lots of activities.

This hotel was well designed, fancy, comfortable, considerate and well maintained. We upgraded to a room on higher floor and got fantastic sea view. You can watch sun rise sitting in the couch on the balcony or just lying in bed, which was a huge bonus. Room was beautiful and spacious. A lot of things to do in the Hotel. Definitely worth the price and will visit again.

Hong KongUnfortunately, I got food poisoning from the breakfast on the last day. As I returned home, I started vomitting. The experience deters me from booking this hotel next time. Due to government policy, swimming at the hotel beach is not allowed.
The staff was nice and generally helpful. The room is clean and the bed is big enough. The hotel is closed to the duty free shopping mall and provides free parking space, which comes with EV charger (charging is not free).
