Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very clean facility, the rooms are quiet, clean and large sized. The breakfast is wonderful with good varieties for all cuisines. The staff are polite and approachable.

AustraliaThe swimming pool was closed, and there was no halal meat option in the breakfast buffet. My room had cigarette smoke smell, and I asked them to move to another room, and they did straight away. Free Wifi sevice wasn't that good, I had to use my mobile roaming data.
Everything was perfect, if you are visiting the exhibition centre don't look around, it is the best option.

NetherlandsIf possible take a room with an outward view, the inner rooms look onto the exhibition halls and that is not so nice. I could have changed rooms since it was offered by the service stay but decided to stay in my room. After a couple of days it feels a bit claustrophobic though.
Location directly at the exhibition center was very convenient. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was superb, and dining in the traditional Chinese restaurant in the hotel very good. Service staff was very friendly and helpful.

SerbiaThe prices in the café located in the lobby are very high. For example, a regular cup of coffee was over 10 USD. The room is of a decent size but cannot be said to be spacious. There are no special amenities in the vicinity of the hotel, so you have to use a taxi where you will have a problem with communication.
There is no better location if you are going to the fair. Breakfast was top-notch. Everyone was very kind. The massage was excellent.

PhilippinesDistance from some attractions, and how hectic traffic can get. And oh, shower water leaking in the loo, there’s a hole in the shower seat that needs to be sealed but wasn’t addressed by the staff during our 5 day stay. Still good though, not really bothersome.
It’s within walking distance to the convention center, staff are professional and hospitable. Very helpful as well. Love the spa facilities, and the bar - BRU.
