This hotel is incredibly beautiful and luxury . we stayed in premier room and it was awesome. The view was fantastic,size and the interior are very impressive . We had wedding anniversary with my husband and the hotel made for us very beautiful towel swans with rosé leafs on the bed , also they gave us a wine and fruits as a compliment. This was unforgettable. The breakfast was perfect with very big choice of dishes. The stuff was incredible. We travel a lot and visited a lot of hotels all over the world but this hotel for sure is one of the best !

The facilities in the wellness, gym, bathroom, swimming pool, is excellent, state of art equipment, relaxing ambiance and luxurious amenities. Very nice.

The breakfast buffet was very standard for a hotel like this the options were very limited everyday same breakfast , about the staff none of the speaks English 5 start hotel means everything not just been luxury

The light in the rooms are a bit dim. People with slight vision problems (like me) will find it difficult. I booked the room in this specific hotel thinking the food would have more Halal(islam friendly cusine) which was not the case and that was dissapointing.

The sincerity and dedication of the room cleaning staff...and the hospitality of the concierge (especially Peter) was commendable. I loved everything about the hotel and the room.

Great hotel! The children were very impressed. The breakfasts are excellent, the location of the hotel is very convenient. The atmosphere of the hotel is nice and friendly. The rooms are all clean. Special mention should be made of the hotel staff. They are a team, which is ready to help in any matter. The staff helped to call a taxi, buy tickets to the circus, recommend interesting places in the city. The hotel team and the hotel itself left a very pleasant impression!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Hotel in Guangzhou and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, with beautifully appointed rooms that have all the amenities you would expect from a top-notch establishment. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, providing us with a beautiful panorama of the city. The highlight of our stay, however, was the service we received from the chief concierge, Peter. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from hailing taxis to sending packages via DHL. His attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay all the more enjoyable. The rest of the personnel at the Jumeirah Guangzhou were also very nice and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist in any way possible. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Jumeirah Guangzhou to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in the city. The combination of beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, and exceptional service from Peter and the rest of the staff make it a truly special place to stay.

Aircon was really too cold in the room, we off it for awhile. Bathrooms was a little too dim and I had a hard time finding the button to on for shower head 😂😂

Bed was super comfortable, bedsheets were clean and ironed. Lobby to lift, walkway to rooms = entirely a 5* luxury hotel should be. Toilet bowl was heated. Best of all, dyson hairdryer was provided!!

The room was stunning, with simply stunning views. The service and cleanliness were both amazing. I was honestly blown away by the design of the room and the views. Quite possibly one of my favourite hotels. The location was perfect for getting around on the metro and the hotel is also connected to a mall. Would highly recommend
