The set buffet in the evenings wasn’t great for a vegetarian or if you just wanted a little meal - but we went out instead and had some lovely meals.

The staff are so friendly especially the girls behind the bar. The hotel is beautiful and rooms comfy.

Location was central - about a 10 minute very pleasant walk from the Bund. Staff were incredibly helpful. Our room was very spacious, super clean and well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic with such an amazing selection and all delicious

The hotel had a long history and furniture is a bit old. I lived here for 3 nights at 58/F and the last night I could heard of some dragging sound of furniture at 1:45 am and it 's quite annoying. They don't have ear plug even I have requested before.

Convenient location with walking distance to nanjing shopping street , 25 mins walk to the Bund Nice staff and they are very helpful.

There was a foul smell on level 57 floor as soon as you leave the elevator, as a 5 star hotel I expected the facility to be more clean and looked after.

Takes quite a while to get down to the street via two different elevators, but that's a pretty picky thing to complain about.

Fabulous view of the city. Excellent rooms. Across from an iconic park. Walking distance to subway and a nice mall. Friendly staff. English spoken at the desk. In New York, you'd pay twice the price for a room like this.

The mattress was really hard. Like rock hard. The fact that you need to take two elevators to get to your room is a nuisance. They really need to upgrade their hotel.
