No one at the front desk speaks English, no one could give me a receipt for my company because this stay was a business stay. I contacted the owner, John, who never got back to me. If you are a foreigner, you just hand over your passport, get a card and that is the end of all communication.

Price-performance ratio very decent. Daily cleaning, all necessary supplies available. Location super, close to restaurants, downtown, beach, tram, super location!!

Location on Google Maps is wrong but address given on Booking.com and Booking.com map are correct. Photos in Booking.com are very nice but property isn't as nice (but still good). They had amazing photographers.

The air conditioner blows at the head of the bed (room 505), the staff doesn’t communicate in English (but this is the case everywhere), you can hear everything that happens in the corridor due to poor sound insulation of the door

Three minutes walk from the sea and beach, not big, but a clean comfortable hotel which is also close to the city centre. You could experience the local life. The supermarket nearby is huge, you can find even everything you need. This hotel has free laundry service, but there is only one washing machine on the building roof, washing powder also free, you can hang and air clothes on the roof, seems so good. It's a reliable place to choose.

The hotel is just located at Sanya Bay, two or three minutes walk from the beach, this is why l choose here for the second time, really love here, not only because of the sea, but also the food, the supermarket and atmosphere. Room is clean and well decorated,not high class but good looking.

Good location to the beach Sanya Bay. Near the hotel street full of different food, shop market and shopping centers. Also u can use a tram which is behind the hotel and you can travel around the city which is very big.

So close to the bay, and so close to the city centre. Friendly staff and clean room. Actually, I didn't expect high, it is not a big hotel, but a hotel which you can feel at home.

There were some people outside in the street, talking very loudly, every night, until about 4.00 a.m. From the 5th floor, we couldn't see them, so I don't know whether they were just sitting around drinking, or playing cards etc.

Although the area was a bit run down, the people were friendly and we were within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. There was a massive supermarket down the road, called Victory Supermarket, which must be one of the biggest and noisiest I've ever seemn

I booked one night on website, and stayed for four nights here. They gave me a room with balcony, got sunshine every day. Really enjoyed my holiday in this hotel. I'm working in Haikou, very easy to get here, just one and half hours high railway. I'll be back next month.

A budget and comfortable place. This hotel is just at Sanya Bay. There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Location ia so good. The most important thing about this hotel is its staff. They were extremely supportive and wiling to help. I highly recommend this hotel to all of you.

It is a clean and comfortable hotel at the central location of Sanya. Staff are friendly. I am not sure if they could speak English, I tried to communicate in Chinese. I like the roof of the hotel, it was fantastic to have a leisure time at the sunset time with my friend, beer,chatting... Hope to come back.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the beach, with many restaurants around. You can't see seaview from most rooms, but to the top of the building, you can get more, there is a leisure area which you can sit and enjoy the sunset. what's more, they have a washing machine, free for use. It is good value for money. Receptionists are friendly and polite. The hotel owner, John helped me a lot.

First, I wanna say this is a wonderful city. We visited many places. OK, let's talk about this apartment hotel. Most staff don't speak English. We communicated by mobile translator or got help from their boss. Room is quite big and hot water well supplied. Shampoo and shower gel are good. Room is clean and bright . Beds are comfortable, either too hard or too soft. Also there is a mosquito driver in the room, it is very useful, because in tropical Hainan, there are mosquitoes all the year round. They presented breakfast, guests can book it at reception,not bad, someone takes it to your room. There is a washing machine on the balcony in my room. The pick up service so perfect! And they took me to the airport free of charge. And WiFi is OK. Thanks to the manager, a nice lady called Ting. Hope to come back in the future.

old and dirty

It was massive disappointing to walk in the hotel as it's nothing like the pictures on booking .com. So old and not clean and girls at the reception was not friendly. And it's not even on the beach have to walk 10 minutes to get there and there are massive rubbish bins right in front of the hotel entrance and so poorly managed. Honestly if it's not a last minute need I would never pick this place. So so bad !
