We stayed at the hotel in February and it was pretty cold. The air conditioner didn't work.

Good value for money, good location, less than10 minutes drive from Meilan Airport. Easy to take bus to city heart. Easy to reach airport but even no noise of planes. No breakfast, luckily convenient to find food nearby. Room is big and clean, actually it's in four residential blocks, managed by a local hotel brand. Staff are friendly. If not expect high, it's a good choice for airport accommodation.

The hotel forgot to pick me at the airport until an airport staff discovered me standing alone for a long time at the airport entrance in the early morning (05:30) and phoned the hotel to tell them there was a customer was standing helplessly waiting for their picking-up. I believe such kind of incident is very serious to a tourist/stranger who knows nothing about the area/location.

There were a lot of food stalls nearby. There was a small sofa to rest and bed was comfy. They provided shampoo, body soap and even a washing machine to use and a place to hang clothes.

The toilet door frame was a bit broken, likely from water damage.

Breakfast was a comfy bento size box with local delicacies. It also helped that it was served directly to the room at my pre-determined timing. It was also nice that the staff were able to arrange transport to the airport for no additional cost.

The staff were friendly and efficient. They responded to our requests promptly. Surroundings were not bad, shopping centre just 100 metres away, you could buy and eat very easily. Most important thing is that it is only 8 or 9 minutes drive from the airport. Not a traditional hotel，it is located in an apartment area. Really a liable place to stay.

Friendly staff. Room is big at this price. Bed very comfortable. Close to the airport within a few minutes drive. Room service breakfast is ok. Neighbored with a shopping centre. There is a washing machine in my room. Kitchen not allowed to use if short stay.

Communicated with the Staff, was told to take a Taxi and they were reimburse the Taxi fare. Taxi Gps brought us to the Hotel next to the ABnB instead. In the confusion, contacted the ABnB staff Ms Chong, and she personally came down to the place to guide us to the ABnB, therafter check in and got our room within half hours. Excellent service. She reimburse the Taxi fare without further questioning.

Rooms's big and clean. Shower has hot water and shampoo and shower gel. Toilet was clean and cleaned everyday. Beds are comfortable with socket and curtains.There is a mosquito killer in the room, very useful in this tropical island. Surely come here again in the future.

We booked one night, and stayed for 3 nights. They met nearly all our requests. It's not a big hotel, it's a hotel with super nice and clean rooms, we like the balcony and the bed , but the pillows are a little bit high, I got a lower one from housekeeping, I suggest that they prepare two lower pillows in each room. Generally, a right hotel for us, we won't forget our holiday in Sanya, we won't forget the friendly people of Sanya.

There's a big mall there, and you can find many restaurants in this town. Easy to get a bus to city center. The manager upgraded a higher level room for me. I like the breakfast they presented, simple but fresh and a lady delivered to my room, charged only 20 yuan per person. The free airport transfer seems so great! It's an apartment style hotel, but professional and service not bad.

Yes, it's an apartment hotel in a residential area. It is operated by a local company, staff are friendly. There is a shopping centre neighboured. So convenient, not crowded as the city heart, but you can buy anything you want and you get any food you like. Even a cinema inside. The hotel supplies free transfer service, no need to look for taxi, sure it saves money. And several hundreds metres away, you can get to a bus stop, buses go to the urban areas, it makes everything easy, I really love here,though it is not big and not luxury. For the room I stayed, it looks fairly clean. I was surprised that there is washing machine in it, I stayed here for two days for my business, I payed for the second night at the reception directly and booked their breakfast，a woman took it to my room at the time I told them, service not bad.

I wasn’t able to contact the hotel through booking about the airport pickup but I called l, asked in English, and then an English speaking person called back and scheduled a pick up. The manager also added my WeChat to make sure the driver found me as I got a bit lost coming out of the terminal. The manager showed me to my room when I arrived and walked me a couple blocks over to the mall when I asked for a nearby place to eat. there seemed to be lots of options for food, as well as a convenient store or two right next to the hotel. the manager was honestly so lovely and helpful. the room was clean, a great price, and about a 10 minute drive to the airport. they then scheduled a pickup for me the following morning at 5:30 am with a couple of other people who were also departing at that time. I wasn’t expecting a free ride both ways. it was a nice surprise. The room itself had great cabinet storage in the kitchenette and a wardrobe for your clothing. I didn’t use them because I was only there for one night but it’s well equipped if you stay longer. 10/10 great staff and location.

All was great.

The receptionist picked-us up at the airport and he was very friendly. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The buildings were set in attractive gardens. One block away was a working class neighborhood with lots of food, restaurants, tea houses and local culture.
