There was zero negative experience, everything was great.

Hotel has extremely great location if you need to get to Shanghai International ExpoCentre, as the entry is 50 m from the hotel. It is also convenient if you arrive at Pudong airport - 35 minutes by car, or you can take metro line 2 or Maglev and then switch to line 7 (terminal station is 150 m from the hotel). Hotel is linked through a gallery with the shopping mall, food court and metro station. You can get to the old town and City by taxi in 20-25 minutes or you can take metro (approx. the same time). There is a Century park located near the hotel - great place to relax. Hotel itself has awesome facilities starting from rooms and ending with swimming pool, spa and children entertainment zone. Three restaurants and bar serve good food, and The Cook has buffet times twice a day. Staff was friendly and helpful, we had no problems with any requests during our stay. We chose room at The Club executive flour, and it included a lot of amenities and extra facilities (with lounge for business and relax purposes) which was definitely worth the money.

Great hotel, closest one to SNIEC fair, 2 min by walk. Versitile contents, great food, great rooms... For every recomendation if your destination is Shanghai and Shanghai fair.

the breakfast restaurant is not very clean unfortunately. food spread is not wide. food quality is also quite average. facilities are relatively old.

the indoor kids playground is really impressive. we spent most of the time there. the gym is impressive too!

It took longer than expected to deliver bathroom amenities and it seemed that different departments, such as Concierge and Front desk, are not collaborating very well.

Was cold all the time - in the rooms, in the lobby… staff doesn’t know English, just few people were okay. The mini bar that was free were never refilled. In International hotel in Shanghai most of the food in the buffet was Chinese with few types of food for international guests. Something not very important but still - the speed of the elevators was very fast and was making headache and imagine that I am a person with a problem about this.

The atmosphere and the design… also the restaurant which was at the second floor - The Meat.

Rooms are ok but not really special, regular large hotel. Staff wasn’t that much supported as they couldn’t speak English.

The bedroom is aged and is in need of an upgrade. The couches and carpet are old and worn-out. Stafff english ability is very poor. The club room is no longer exclusive. It is noisy and has a lot of children running around. As business people it was not a quiet place to de-stress after a busy schedule.

They charge sauna extra, 5 star hotel and you cant use that, its not logical. They dont put tea bag if you dont tell them. Low level english Also they want too much deposit.

There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and all over the room. It wasn't clean. Bathrooms and a swimming pool shower both need to be thoroughly cleaned.

Check in and check out lines of the hotel were very long. The hotel had 6 elevators and only a few were working so there was always a long line and a long wait to take the elevator up or down. The swimming pool was very cold. The AC was very low so we went once and didn't want to go back. Breakfast lines was very long in the morning in the weekend as well.

The playground and the gym were nice. The location was good close to the mall and underground station. The toiletries in the room were good brand. They were quick to clean the room and to refill on water coffee and fruits The breakfast buffet had a lot of varieties
