We stayed at 4 diff hotels during our trip and this was the best. Really clean and comfortable Gym was small but well equipped and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were really comfortable The area we are in seemed very hipster 😅lots of trendy cafes around and a really good and affordable massage place just across the street

Front desk staff were really helpful and service was great. Room was beautifully furnished and spacious. Beds and pillows comfortable. Location was good Room is good for couples but might be awkward if not a couple as the bathtub is in the middle of the room.

The room we stayed in had a bad view. In addition, the curtain can only be opened and closed completely, and cannot be opened or closed halfway. There are a few lights in the room that won't turn on. There is no place to hang towels in the bathroom/washroom. The hotel is good, improve the small faults, it will be better.

Good location, good attitude of the service staff, small but well equipped room and the room temperature is well controlled. Breakfast was good , just a little less varied.

Slightly far from the city centre (30mins walk) - but I liked the walk.

Amazing stay, offered us a free upgrade and staffs were so kind and willing to help us out. Left a lipstick in the hotel without knowing and they called multiple times to deliver it to my next hotel within a day! Clean rooms, very spacious and very comfortable!

Helpful staff, nice walkable location to many places, beautiful corner room with expansive windows and very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast with many options. And very interestingly, if a guest orders takeout food, the delivery person places the order in a tie-wearing robot in the lobby, which rolls its way to the elevator, rides it up to the proper floor, and somehow finds the room to deliver it to. Cool!

We had a very good stay here, upon arrival we got a room upgrade, which was a nice gesture! Our corner room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable! Breakfast was great, very diverse. We liked the congee and noodle a lot. Have to give credit to Sarah from the front desk, she was extremely helpful with everything. We will definitely come back here.

Perfect location (walkable to JinMaBiJi and Nanping shopping area). Thank you for the free room upgrade. The room is very huge and well equipped. Sound insulation is perfect. I can sleep very well. Very clean room and delicious breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Excellent location , but away from the hustle bustle of the city. Staff are exceptional.They are friendly,helpful and would go out of the way to help their guest.A special thank you to two staff members,, Zoey and Ivy. Zoey helped us to liaise with our tour guide as we had no means to make local phone calls.She was always cheerful and happily offered her help. Ivy ,a very kind and caring young lady ,accompanied us to the local hospital when we had a medical emergency..She did this on her own time.She helped us to translate and navigate through the procedures in a Chinese hospital.It would have been difficult without her help.We are forever grateful to Ivy.

Our room was a bit smelly, almost as if a previous guest had smoked — despite the strikt non-smoking policy. It wasn’t that bad so we didn’t address the issue.

Exceptional property within the compound of a former rubber factory. Restaurants, coffee shops, and bars located nearby. We found the location of the hotel to be great for discovering Kunming.

Near the old street, very friendly staff and spacious room, some nice art pieces in the hall and corridors. The breakfast is really nice.
