Many thanks to the staff of the hotel, extremely helpful and hospitable! Particularly Jack. Helped me a lot with everything. The room is amazing, just like at the photos. Free gym and laundry with a dryer are super useful. Good breakfast with local and western dishes, I enjoyed it.

The hotel located near metro line 2, just a few stations away from main attractions such as Hunan Museum, Yuelu Mountain, Orange Island, Wuyi Square. Once I booked the hotel online using booking.com, the friendly hotel foreigner representative manager Jack Ma will message you to add him to WeChat for ease of communication, he helped as in booking hotel pickup (as we arrived near mid night), help as book didi back to airport, even we asked him to do advance booking to Hunan Museum and other attractions. In the hotel, he will chat with you, kudos to Mr Jack Ma for his excellence customers service! Our booking including buffet style breakfast at 31st floor, many variety. We even once took our lunch at this Cantonese Restaurant, good quality, cheap, and good service, especially the waitress 周圣兰, who served us, giving us good advice on how to order the foods.

The placement is good, the service was excellent and the design was perfectly reflecting the beauty of the Chinese architecture with a modern touch. The room was also clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Location. It is convenient and near the metro. Easy access to places of interest, train station and airport via the metro. The person who attended to us by the name of Jack was helpful and courteous. Good base if you are visiting Changsha for sightseeing or transiting.

The standard of the hotel is adequate. The location is also very central in Changsha. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The location is near a metro station, which is very easy to use to get around.

Although I stayed in non smoking floor, I can still smell smoke in my room. There are many people smoking in common areas. The central exhaust might have brought the smoke into the room.

The hotel manager contacts you before you arrive. Jack Ma is a very service-oriented manager. He makes sure you are able to get to the hotel and he takes care of you whilst you are there.

The location is great, close to metro station. Jack Ma is the best, he contacted us prior to our arrival. The place was very clean and spotless, and great breakfast. We would definitely come back on our next visit

The staff was very friendly and it’s was clear that they tried to promote their hotel to foreign customers. However, it felt a little strange being recorded for their social media every time we had a question (we didn’t ask them not to, so if you don’t feel like participating, you can probably just tell them)

The room was great. We had the room with the round bed and views over the city. Very nice. The breakfast was very good with both western and chinese options. Good location close to a metro stop and quite centric.

this my first time I'm staying at this hotel and I'm impress by the service, i checked im at midnight and im surprise that the staffs provided fruits and a greeting note welcome me. Jack the general manager also assist me alot when i having problems on the direction. I'll return to this hotel again when i come back to Changsha.

1) Room lights : Installed warm lighting a bit of dark . Even the cleaner aunty also says room a bit dark . 2) Location: Previous a lot of comments they liked the hotel location. But to me the location is not at prime areas Nearest Subway station still need to walk a bit n 3 stations to walking shopping street. N WuYi shopping mall.

First of all, the hotel in the center of the city which is good, the room were clean, the food was good, the staff were super friendly and helpful all of them, if I have to come again to Changsha I will choose this hotel without hesitate, special Thanks to Mr. Jack Ma 🙏🏻
