Bosnia and Herzegovinai make reservattion on booking and price was 858 RMB with all cost they charge me 1000,48 RMB. Also need to upgrade my room because i ,m genius customer with lake view they dont do that. They close my windows because some security reson😂. They trying to speak English .

AustraliaThe park across the road was locked so could not take a stroll around, unfortunately. Exterior of hotel is fairly severe, oddly in stark contrast with the luxe interior.
Excellent location, within walking distance of T3 but free shuttle available regularly which is handy for those with large/many bags. Superior leisure facilities including a workout/dance space, sauna and large changing rooms with makeup mirrors/seats. Lots of choice at breakfast, whether Eastern or Western options desired.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was amazing. The indoor pool is lovely, the hotel is well-kept and very clean. The airport shuttle very useful!

Thank you to the staff! They were all absolutely amazing and patient - the bed was super comfy and there's a great selection at breakfast. The shuttle bus runs consistently and you never feel abandoned or delayed - it runs on schedule as stated in the hotel description/info.

We were warmly welcomed as we just entered the hotel. Location is good. The room itself was clean and we have very picturesque views of planes landing not far from us. Kids were amazed. It was quite though despite proximity to the airport (or we were too tired :)) Not a minus but opportunity for further improvement - the bus stop at the airport should have some signs there to wait for the shuttle and schedule.

New ZealandThe air conditioning was not working so the room was a bit warm, had to close the blackout curtains so the sun wouldn't make it warmer. The staff offered a different room but it didn't matter because apparently no rooms had cooling due to government order (not sure why, maybe the season - March). You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool and the spa pool was out of order.
The room was comfortable and clean with good WiFi. Easy shuttle service 5 min to/from the airport running every half hour through the day and night. I was able to check-in early in the morning and check-out at midnight, someone always at reception. English was not a problem.

United StatesShuttle bus lacked a space for luggage, which was inconvenient, because the aisle was then filled with suitcases piled on each other.
Convenient shuttle every half-hour around the clock; for which the hotel nicely sent detailed instructions on where to get it. Airport to hotel takes only about 5 minutes; but return takes about 10 due to a more contorted route being required. Reception staff speak excellent English. Breakfast buffet is 100 RMB via the main desk.
