Spacious and clean room. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Conveniently located close to the airport. The shuttle bus will take you to and from the airport T3 in less than 10 minutes. It runs 24/7 every 20 minutes.

i make reservattion on booking and price was 858 RMB with all cost they charge me 1000,48 RMB. Also need to upgrade my room because i ,m genius customer with lake view they dont do that. They close my windows because some security reson😂. They trying to speak English .

The park across the road was locked so could not take a stroll around, unfortunately. Exterior of hotel is fairly severe, oddly in stark contrast with the luxe interior.

Excellent location, within walking distance of T3 but free shuttle available regularly which is handy for those with large/many bags. Superior leisure facilities including a workout/dance space, sauna and large changing rooms with makeup mirrors/seats. Lots of choice at breakfast, whether Eastern or Western options desired.

The food you can get in the hotel is pretty expensive - even for airport prices we felt that it was very expensive (we had two burgers for almost 50€).

We were upgraded to a suite, which was amazing. The indoor pool is lovely, the hotel is well-kept and very clean. The airport shuttle very useful!

If the spa was open. Not sure if we missed the opening times or if it was shut for other reasons. It wasn't explained to us.

Thank you to the staff! They were all absolutely amazing and patient - the bed was super comfy and there's a great selection at breakfast. The shuttle bus runs consistently and you never feel abandoned or delayed - it runs on schedule as stated in the hotel description/info.

There was not a smoking area within the building, you have to go outside.

Staff was kind and friendly, in the hotel's restaurant, staff didn't speak english, but they tried to do everything to give a proper service. On the reception everybody were good at english.

Free airport shuttle but just a short walk from Terminal 3. Spacious rooms with everything you need, comfortable bed and kettle for hot drinks. Quite easy to get into Beijing. Great breakfast with loads of options.

Was a bit pricy for us taking into account that we stayed only few hours (4 to be exact) but paid for the whole day .

We were warmly welcomed as we just entered the hotel. Location is good. The room itself was clean and we have very picturesque views of planes landing not far from us. Kids were amazed. It was quite though despite proximity to the airport (or we were too tired :)) Not a minus but opportunity for further improvement - the bus stop at the airport should have some signs there to wait for the shuttle and schedule.

I liked everything! Fabulous hotel. Beautiful big spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable room. I was lucky and had a lovely view of the park and the pond. Breakfast was excellent, too. The shuttle bus takes 5 min drive to terminal 3.

The airport shuttle came on time. Instructions on how to find the location at the T3 airport were clear too. Place is well maintained, spacious, and staffs are welcoming.

The facilities and rooms are not well maintained, looks like the hotel was built for luxury, but it lost its spark. The breakfast options were many, but not fresh.

The air conditioning was not working so the room was a bit warm, had to close the blackout curtains so the sun wouldn't make it warmer. The staff offered a different room but it didn't matter because apparently no rooms had cooling due to government order (not sure why, maybe the season - March). You have to wear a swimming cap in the pool and the spa pool was out of order.

The room was comfortable and clean with good WiFi. Easy shuttle service 5 min to/from the airport running every half hour through the day and night. I was able to check-in early in the morning and check-out at midnight, someone always at reception. English was not a problem.

Beautiful oversized rooms. Lovely bed and everything you could need. Staff were very helpful. Transfers to and from T3 were exactly as described and on time! Wish we could have stayed longe4 but just in transit.

Restaurants in the hotel are very good but a bit on the pricey side.

Shuttle bus lacked a space for luggage, which was inconvenient, because the aisle was then filled with suitcases piled on each other.

Convenient shuttle every half-hour around the clock; for which the hotel nicely sent detailed instructions on where to get it. Airport to hotel takes only about 5 minutes; but return takes about 10 due to a more contorted route being required. Reception staff speak excellent English. Breakfast buffet is 100 RMB via the main desk.
