I was Disappointed at the Chinese Restaurant. I was travelling alone and Dining alone each night at the Hotel. I went to your Chinese Restaurant to try but was told there weren't any tables available , they were fully booked out. Yet the Restaurant looked quite Empty? I went back up stairs and spoke to a young lady who had looked after me on 3 consecutive nights at the Italian restaurant and expressed my disappointment. She took me back downstairs to the restaurant and they miraculously now had plenty of spare seats ??? Why ? I thought it was quite rude to be honest and don't understand why they refused my request initially ? I would never go back to that restaurant again. Also when the Bill came for my Dinner apparently I had used all of my Hotel Deposit on my previous nights at the Italian Restaurant . I said don't worry I'll pay the Balance tomorrow when I check out in the morning (which I did ) , but the Manager Waitress there made a big fuss about it and I was treated as if I was a Criminal or something... trying to get away with not paying or there was a risk I wouldn't pay ??? Just VERY Unprofessional. I was very surprised and as I said I'll never visit that Restaurant again. On the other Hand the Italian Restaurant the Staff and service was Excellent.

This place was perfect for visiting the Canton Fair as hall C is right next door. Special thanks has to be given to the night duty manager Magicson as he went above and beyond to help me get my flights changed. Overall all the staff are always smiling and welcoming ready to help. Will definitely book here for my next visit

Old accessories, some of them need to renovate. English please....

The breakfast was amazing! This hotel was a very nice 5 start hotel in the past, but now they need to renovate some parts, but if you can accept it, you will get a nice pricetag. Most of the employes are struggling with english and you need to struggle with the translator app...

Really great One Bedroom Apartment (I was actually upgraded). Clean, nice, fresh, with large bathroom. Very helpful English speaking staff. Reasonable price (for non-venue days).

Restaurant prices in the Hotel are not cheap. Even if I compare w. European restaurants, prices are a bit high. Sometimes need to wait for elevators.

Close to the Canton Fair. Walking distance. Big rooms, clean, good bed. Breakfast excellent. Reception very helpful. There are several Restaurants in the Hotel and their food is nice, so no need to go anyway for Dinner.
