The staff were lovely and helpful with good English skills. The accommodation was comfortable and clean - everything we hoped it would be. The walk into the town is along the river: safe and scenic. Food was mostly very tasty. Highly recommended!

My friend introduced, very nice hotel, just by the Li River, the view is very good, the food in the restaurant is also very good, the room is clean, sitting in the lobby door looking at the Li River and the mountains, drinking coffee, very casual. Also close to West Street and the pool was fantastic

My biggest suggestion would be to put fridges in the rooms. At this level of quality, I would expect that. The cleaning ladies are lovely, but they are very persistent. Even if you put on the Do Not Disturb light they will knock and enter. I was woken up during a sleep in and I had to put the chain up when I was showering just to be sure. I'm only writing these things because they are easy fixes for a wonderful property.

I got a balcony river view, and it did NOT disappoint. The view was incredible. The room itself was comfortable, the bed was good, there was a desk which was good because I unfortunately had to do some work, the shower was nice. The restaurant had tons of options and available at all times until late night, they even held breakfast until 1130. Staff were very nice and welcoming. I really felt taken care of. In-room massages were available for a very reasonable rate (cheaper than you'll find at spas in most cities). Pool was usually quiet with nice greenery around it.

Very minor things… It is in a very quiet location out of town so it would good if there were shared bikes for the commute into town. That said there is a bike hire place across the road but it often looked closed. There was no power point for the hairdryer in the bathroom which was awkward.

Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Delicious food in the restaurant. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool was nice. Quiet location. We would definitely stay again.

I would like to use this channel of communication to.make a complain about Booking.com because I requested a book cancellation with a hotel in Chengdu and this plattform keep saying they must check with the property first where the manager of the propertyhas told me already that they wont execute any cancellation charge and it depends strictly of booking so it seems this platform that i have used for 5 years intends to take my money. Another aspect i want to highlightvis the difficulty to get in contact to a customer servi e member from Booking through email, phone or virtual chat taking into account that the "contact info" in the web is not even accurate.

The cozy environment, friendly staff, good food (best rice noodle soup in China) and stunning surroundings makes this hotel a pleasant place to stay. I would definitely come back if I have a chance.

Beautiful location. Very friendly staff who help with organising activities to do in the area. They also helped to arrange a car to and from Guilin airport. Great food in the restaurant. Lovely swimming pool for relaxing in the hot weather. Rooms were very spacious and the balcony had a great view of the mountains and river. A fantastic stay!

Driveway up to the hotel is very steep. The view of the river from the pool was obstructed by trees. It was very busy in July resulting in limited availability of e-bikes and bikes to rent, so I mostly took car rides.

All staff were very nice. The food was delicious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The beds were soft like western mattresses. The pool was a really nice temperature. Staff was very helpful in planning trips all over Yangzhou and handled everything from car rides to admission.

Services were limited during our stay due to Lunar New Year. In fact, it felt empty at times with only 1 or 2 other guests in the entire place. (But it was nice to have the place to ourselves.) Common areas of the building were very cold. Staff on duty always wore winter coats -- though this seemed to be a common practice throughout greater Yangshuo. My only complaint around the room was the hairy waxing strips left stuck on shower door.

This was a room with a view! Every morning, you could see the sun cast its glow across the river and hills nearby as well as the mountains in the far distance. You could even enjoy the Lunar New Year fireworks from the bed. I cannot say enough good things about the room overall. There was a large comfortable bed. There was a desk for work. There was a seating area with a table for card games, a balcony, and an inviting tub. Every spot offered impressive views of the nearby mountains. Breakfast offered a range of options. All of which did the job. Plus, tangerines and snack cakes were always available if you were feeling a bit peckish. Grab a tangerine and enjoy the pleasant riverside walk to Yangshuo. During warmer and busier seasons, you can head back to the resort after a busy day of sightseeing to enjoy the pool. It looks like an excellent place to relax on a sunny day.

We were on our family holliday (We are from Slovakia). Room was big, nice with great view on montains with river. Staff were excellent and helpfully, english speaking. They helped us to schedule our trips. Nice quite place, only 2 km from Yangshuo, and West street. The path to town is going by the river Li, suitable by foot too (by car or bike no problem). Room and hotel were clean, visible that they are taking care of it. We enjoy our stay there, kids liked it.

It feels like an isolated resort location, but it’s only a 30 minute walk into the town. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are large with great views. There is quite an extensive menu and food is available from early until quite late. The bed was large and comfortable and room service was very efficient.
