Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Qatarold infrastructure, small rooms, some rooms have a view to the roof with noisy fans of the mall.
Perfect location, with good breakfast, which is very rare in China even for premium chain hotels, a swimming pool, good gym, The mall is located in the same building, and there are plenty of very delicious restaurants.

1) Room is nice and smells clean; enough drinking water. 2) Location is very convenient, walking distances to malls and the underground shopping area 3) Breakfast is good but can be better; can improve on some dishes; soya bean milk can be thicker or more concentrated & hot. 4) Staff is very helpful especially the front desk (eg Ellie Zeng & David)and concierge, both are very key areas. We are also impressed by our housekeeper, very helpful and efficient !
