Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomVery centrally located, just 5 minutes walk from the Metro; the key factor for me was the relative ease of check-in, and how the staff bent over backwards to make my son and I (who were meeting for the first time since Covid made travel essentially impossible) such an enjoyable experience - we had a blast!!!

ChinaThe staff weren't particularly helpful or friendly. The hotel smelled musty and of old smoke. The noise from other rooms was very loud and clear.
It is within walking distance to the central train station which is convenient for transfers. The hotel is among spice market shops, with not much around, although the metro is only a ten minute walk away.
