Good service for airport shuttle bus and transfer bus to Canton Fair. Room is quite big, bed is so comfortable as well.

Organising shuttle for pickup was a little tricky but all worked out fine in the end.

Polite and helpful staff. Clean and great facilities. Free noodles at night! Missed out on breakfast due to early flight but they provide a little snack bag. Overall really happy with the experience.

The delay in pick up from the airport, a timetable would be ideal

The friendly staff who went out of their way by using mobil translate to assist me during check in. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport, it did take 45 minutes and 2 calls before the bus arrived, it is complimentary but a timetable may be beneficial for future guest. The room was outstanding, comfortable bed,soft & hard pillows, warm toilet seat 🙂, strong shower will gels, creams, razor, toothbrush, charging cables, large TV but no English language stations, good Wi Fi, complimentary noodle bowl after 10 pm, great selection for breakfast with bean to cup coffee. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Generally the room was quiet, except the cars occasionally honk loudly in the street. Wifi seems to be difficult to connect, but I'm ok with it, because generally I don't use hotel's wifi in China

The bus driver was very polite and considerate, much better than any other hotel I had ever used. Staff were helpful and polite. The room was luxury, very clean, comfortable, making my journey a relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent experience with the hotel. Highly recommend. The breakfast was really good and delicate than other hotels, yet they had less choices. They have got night snack (noodle), which was really a surprise.

One of the best transit hotels. Very clean, very thoughtful , provides all needed personal care and cleaning items like make up remover and facial cleaners. The room was new and fresh, service was amazing, provides two free meals and airport transfer bus.

It was a little cold in the hotel and you don't have a restaurant for diner. The shuttel organization is a bit cumbersome for a foreigner who does not have a phone to call

Was a little difficult to organise the shuttle, you have to go upstairs to gate 42 and wait for ages, call them to see where the driver is and they will always tell you 10 minutes (my son stayed there 2 weeks later and had the same experience).

Lovely modern room and delicious breakfast. Check in process was smooth and staff were very polite and helpful.

close to airport taxi ride is about 10mins. lot of taxi outside hotel. Didi taxi is only ¥25. hotel offers a free bookable shuttle bus back to airport. the morning breakfast is good. has a small useable gym. KFC downstairs but close at 11pm. there are late night street food stalls about 15-20mins walk towards the town next to Bank of China.

They did not respond to our message on booking.com regarding the question to pick us up with airport shuttle, even after several days... Luckily, you can go to the customer service desk at the airport at gate 43 and ask if they call the hotel to send a shuttle to pick you up. The shuttle picks you up right outside gate 43.
