It’s a little dated now inside - the accommodation rooms could now do with a refurb - rooms at the rear look directly on to private flats which don’t look too nice to view

The staff were friendly and helpful, very professional, especially a Mr. Gary Xu. We booked 3 rooms from 30/3 - 1/4 at the hotel. Our plan was to visit the island of Kinmen on the 1/4 and be back to collect our 5 bags at the concierge on the 2/4. However, we were stuck on Kinmen Island because of fog (no ferry) and we ended up back collecting our 5 bags only on 4/4. The hotel kept them safe for us all that time and the staff still remembered us as the owners of the bags:)

Overall its good except for we should be more alert when in china no applications that we used to have like utube, whatsapp,etc. The kids having problem because they feel bored in the hotel.perhaps the hotel can provide internetional chanels esp for the kids entertainment.

Good location. MTR System Line 1 Zhenhai Rd station(1st station for Line 1) Exit 3A is just next to the hotel. Near Zhongshan road walking street. A lot of eatery around the areas. Breakfast is considered reasonably good for both of us as they are not too oily and salty. Reasonably good spreads of selections.

Great location--nice access to the pedestrian walking area, and yet quiet and clean. Great view once from the higher floors. Too bad the swimming pool was not open even it was 32 C outside.

The outlook of the building and the lobby may look a little older but the hotel itself was cosy and the rooms were renovated.

The staff provided great hospitality and were kind to customers. They helped us to order taxi willingly and especially there was a lady probably a manager (?) who was super kind assisting us with questions and ensuring our taxi drivers understood our destinations. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The cleaning lady was superb in cleaning our rooms daily and never failed to refill our water and coffee. The breakfast was nice and had a wide selection of Xiamen delicacies. Check in was also smooth and fast. The location of the hotel was also excellent as it was close to Zhongshan Road and the hotel was just accross a shopping mall. We loved our stay at the hotel!

Housekeeping staff are not sufficiently trained. For quite a few days, supplies in our room were not replenished, coffee cups were not cleaned and rubbish was left alone. That did improve after we informed to hotel management.

The TV is too small, and broadcast quality not good. The breakfast is not so outstanding.
