Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BrazilThe hotel should rethink about its accommodations, first I received an impossible room to stay in due to the bad smell, mainly because of the CARPET, in the second room I was transferred the shower was practically together with the toilet, and it made an absurd mess, in the third room after The first night I found out that the spring mattress that was already very old was upside down, which caused me a lot of pain in my body. Anyway you want to have a bad experience and man, this hotel is ideal.

IndiaBreakfast is a little small area standard not matched as a 4 star hotel of breakfast variety.
I enjoyed it here for 6 nights... During the Canton fair bus provided by the hotel. The staff is very humble and friendly especially the manager Ms Tracy. She is a very helpful and kind hearted person. She is always available for help with a smile.. full mark for staff and Ms Tracy.

MongoliaStaff are only speaking in Chinese. Not a single English speaking staff are found. Swimming pool is not in the hotel. It is on the 14th floor with different entry and it is paid swimming pool. Also hygiene of swimming pool is very poor. Even though you paid all amount on your arrival at the reception, the door key card was authenticated for only 1 day. Exhausted business traveler had to go down again to re-authorize their key cards. Receipt of your payment is not given when you paid, even not given after you check-out, and not given never.
Wifi didn't work. Traveler must have its own Chinese sim card in their phone to get wifi code on their phone. Other country numbers are not possible to get confirmation code on their phones.
