Even though breakfast spread was good, however Breakfast for 4 mornings on the exact same spread can be a killer joy . Hotel might consider some food rotation options.

Check-in & check-out was a breeze , staff was very professional and efficient. We had rooms at the 47th floor with a fabulous view of Pudong . Rooms was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast on the 48th floor at the Revolving Restaurant was a blast. Lots of small local eateries nearby open till late is a plus factor ,

Wonderful hotel to stay. Rooms were quiet big enough & the staff were awesome in both checkin & checkout stage. There was a spread of breakfast but the choices were same every day but it's still worth it... the revolving restaurant was good.

Longer than usual waiting time for the lifts, i think there are four? Big group (hundreds of them) of guests were checking in on that day, the lifts were overwhelmed.

Controked heater. The room was very hot... I couldn't control the heater in my room (no access), had to open the window, hair quality was not good during my stay, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep.

People were smoking in the hotel we had to move rooms because it was coming through the vent. No vegetarian options in the restaurant in the evening

It was a bit hard to comunicate with the staff in English.

Just stayed for one night so I couldn't explore the whole facility. The room was big and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not much to do around the hotel, specially at night. Even though is really close to the city center the location is pretty much a residential area. The breakfast had a lot of choices, we really enjoyed it.

No swim pool open start Dec. Even they say end Nov renovation should finish. No airco working in my room on check in. Could double check it before my arrival rite?

Good quality deteriorating especially during breakfast. The pastries are so badly done compared to pre COVID days. No more French expats pastry chefs to supervised local staff. Very disappointing
