The only thing I can think of is that the drinks prices at the resort are a little too high.

This is an exceptional property, the service , staff and amenities are all exceptional. It far exceeded my expectations . The beds were super comfortable , the room was big with a delightfully big bathtub. There are so many choices of swimming pools in this resort that they were never overcrowded. There is also very easy access to the beach , with towels provided as well as food and drink service on the beach. This is a wonderful place for families with children, with so many activities to entertain them. Breakfast was a gourmet buffet and the other food options in the hotel were all very tasty indeed. This was a wonderful stay and it's definitely on my return to list!

The WIFI was working fine in the room, but outside the room it was difficult to connect. At the pool bar they play music, but it is every day the same music, repeatedly. It would be nice to hear some other music.

very clean and huge resort, it was clean, safe and very kids friendly. there are many swimming pools and special staff to entertain the kids. they have lots of waterslides for the kids. The beach area is clean and towels are provided at the beach. Nice breakfast and dinner, wide spread of choices and quality is good.

We liked the service above all else. Hank was really nice at reception and the staff were very accommodating. They gave lots of great suggestions and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel was wonderful and clean. The beach was beautiful. The buffet was nice and the staff were very attentive.

The location right on the beach and the hotel's own path directly to the beach are great! ... The pool area is super large and very nicely laid out. The hotel staff was very polite and always helpful! Especially Hanks at the front desk helped us a lot and made extending our stay super easy and quick! Breakfast has a wide variety of food and drinks and was delicious every day! The Pullman offers a lot of very nice seating and lounging options by the pool but also in the lobby or the lounge.

The hotel is very clean. We got an ocean view room, which was very clean and cozy. The hotel has few big swimming pools, a lot of space for children. The territory is very green, restaurants food is tasty. Absolutely worth the money and time. Our holidays there were remarkable.

It is advertised with three bedrooms a double bed each. But in reality two bedrooms had a double bed and the third bedroom had a single bed. The beds are not comfortable, it is rock hard. Not the value for money you pay for at all. Self catering apartment with no utensils, plates or enough coffee cups for 6 adults.

Bathrooms were nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was superb and the different swimming pools were great! Beautiful gardens ensuring tranquility. Staff were very nice and always helpful!

As a suggestion for the future, all mattresses should be the same as in the main room. Like those in the villas and the hotel rooms We thought the apartment would be just as comfortable and clean. Something to improve here in the apartments. We always like your hotel but the comfort and cleanliness is different from the hotel and the villas.

Everything, the pools, beach service, room and services are great. The restaurant in general has many western and delicious options. We always enjoy our time in this hotel, this was our second time here!!! For sure we will comeback again!!!

The buildings are visibly getting old and could use some fixing up/renovation/fresh paint here and there... Pool bar service is not paid much attention to and the drinks served there have some room for improvement

Great, kind and extremely helpful staff (especially Hanks made every of our wishes come true) , nice pools and slides for the kids. Excellent breakfast too! We extended our stay because of the nice "vibe" which more than makes up for the hotel facilities not being very new nor immaculate.

The location was great for the beach, town and airport. The bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and lovely view of the sea because we were upgraded. We really liked the spacious balcony too! Hank and the rest of the team were very helpful. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and room service was good value for money.

We stayed in two bedroom room and they are slightly older. The breakfast was very busy and tough to get seats some days.

The staff were exceptional and assisted with everything. Cindy, Kevin and Lina were very helpful at breakfast and dinner. The facilities are very good and lots of space. The breakfast had good variety.

Big and open. Very welcoming and lots of things for everyone to do. Stunning views and pools were delightful. Rooms well kept and beds comfy. Breakfast was tasty and the staff (Cindy) she was fabulous, professional and accommodated all our needs. The spa was relaxing and staff again were very good and helpful.

The hallway on my floor (4th floor) were not carpeted causing all noise from the hallway to be audible from the bedroom.

The pool options were good even though one was closed. The Spa was really good. Good value for money.

WiFi can be better.

It is an excellent property that is very well managed and extremely family friendly. Location is ideal and upkeep is super. Hospitality is at its best and most important asset of this Hotel is its staff and management and they make a great difference. GM Ohad was so helpful and friendly. Few other people whom I must mention who made our stay memorable - Leila and Jennifer at F&B, Sona, Shyla,Hanks & King. A special mention would be for Jaden- who went out of the way to organize our local sigh seeing and bookings. Whenever we return to Sanya again, this will be our Home.

Hmmm...just to fill in this section...maybe the fact that my mobile phone was showing that WiFi connection is unsecured. But, this was a vacation so I didn't use devices much.

Pullman Hotel really exceeded my expectations! We had two rooms, very clean, every morning changing sheets, towels, bathrobes,...cleaning lady even wrapped our mobile phone chargers nicely. Swimming pools are very nice, and safety is on a good level. Lifeguards are around, cleaning staff,... The staff definitely made our stay even better. I have to point out Hanks and Bella! They were very helpful, efficient and so nice! For our last day, we had a late flight, and Hanks arranged that we stay at executive lounge of the hotel until the flight. The Hotel offers many activities for kids, and most of them are FREE! Cinema, table football, indoor and outdoor playgrounds with trampoline, water slides, foam party, just to name some of them. My kids really enjoyed their time here! Breakfast is also a plus in my opinion. There are many different options and all tasty. Hotel also has it's own part of the beach and there is an underground passageway under the road, with an elevator, that leads to it.

I had an incredible stay at pullman hotel. The rooms are very nice and cosy. They are different pools. You can choose according to your mood either the one with the kids or the quiet one surrounding by nature. They're lot of indoor/outdoor activities for kids in a quiet environment The staff is always kind to help. I organize my daughter's 18 birthday Leila was amazing. She took car of everything with the help of Jaden. I asked to prepare a lunch box for our flight back to Shanghai. The lunch box was delicious. I really recommend this hotel. Thanks a lot to Jaden and Leila. You really made my stay unforgettable

My Shower was leaking for several minutes right after taking a shower My cotton buds where open The shampoo was also open. The body wash soup was also open And the body lotion was already empty when I arrive. I needed to ask for everything new. Pay more attention there.

Nice place, beautiful people, great food. The beach is great and the people there very polite even thought they dont speak our lenguaje Room confortable, clean and great view The pool was neat and clean thats also very good.
