Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBooked this for my friend as a treat. She was very happy with the hotel and stated it met her expectations. She loves the pool which was clean and not busy at all. She loved the variety at Breakfast, plenty of options etc. She took advantage of late checkout which was a big bonus! Lovely view from the windows and the room is spacious and well decorated. Convenient location to the metro and to the centre of Chongqing.

close to the river, the view is great. Faculties are good, swimming pool, gym and Sauna rooms really clean and comfortable to use.

Easily reached by metro. 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Excellent facilities. Gym and swimming pool were lovely. Swimming pool is heated which was perfect after a cold day! The gym was well equipped. The breakfast was good, Plenty of choice and not too busy. Food was warm. Check in and checkout were smooth and easy. I assume the staff speak English but we communicated in Chinese. The room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent shower and was very quiet at night. Wonderful view from my room over the Yangtze River and the city centre.

ChinaIt’s always a pleasure to stay in Radisson hotels and the Chongqing one wasn’t an exception either. The staff was nice and welcoming and the room was cozy and clean. But the most amazing thing about this hotel is the city view! One of the best you can get in Chongqing!

The buffet breakfast was fabulous! Room and bed were very comfortable. Loved the large pool. Both rooms were upgraded to higher floor and views over the river. Didn't use it, but saw the well-equipped gym.

AustraliaThe property is a bit old. Carpet is stained. Breakfast has a lot of varieties but most of them are not hot, e.g. corn and sweet potatos are dry and cold. The location of hotel is not too centralised and there are no shops or restaurants nearby (perhaps a 25 minutes walk to a big shopping centre with restaurants and shop), I have to get a cab to Liberation Monument or Raffles Shopping Centre (it's about RMB15, not a lot but just inconvenient). Swimming pool is a great place to relax after a day's travelling. The notice board outside the pool and website advise that the swimming pool closes at 10:30 pm. As I could only get there after 9:30 pm, the staff would remind you the pool closed at 10:00 pm. That's why I could only swim for a short time every night. The spa in the ladies change room is not working. Quite disappointed. I mentioned to the hotel that I stayed there to celebrate my anniversary, but nothing had been said or done during my stay, a bit disappointed.
The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Jame at the Concierge. He helped me to sort out my flight issue during the stay and he was very patient. There is a lady duty manager who can speak English, is very helpful and friendly too. The hotel got a very good view of Yangtze River. Fitness Centre is nice and big, facing the river.
